  1. I can manage to glance at tennis, basketball, gymnastics. But such can't be said around UFC, boxing, hockey, cricket. Not that I'm disrespecting them, 'never. But I have to say my mind, I'm not a fan of those sports events which I don't find out time to watch.
  2. I couldn't move by after reading your message about your friend, 'who passed away', but reserved a memory for you to keep in remembrance of your friendship with him. Such is worth preserving my good friend, I wouldn't joke with such letter and artwork.
  3. Correct. Since some players body can allow them to play more years, they should carry on. It is more of the battle with their body and not with anyone else's body.
  4. I know it is enjoyable with friends and family, but at times I watch soccer alone, I still enjoy it that way. The reason is; no one to watch with at that time, and I wouldn't force myself to watch with anyone.
  5. Correct. Left for me and you, we wouldn't do anything to change the course, but such is making football drift away from it's culture as a big entertainment. Now, it is pure business of money, players are in for the money, agents push them so hard to command hefty salaries and most of them end up not given their best and justify their transfer and wage value.
  6. Everything doesn't end as glorious moments, we also have sad moments in any competition or event we found ourselves engaged. I've been a sports lover since my childhood, most especially around soccer. I share both my epic and saddest moments in football, but this time I have to pick out one sad moment in my whole life watching football. I wouldn't forget the very day Barcelona lost a semi final match contest against Chelsea FC at camp Nou stadium during the 2011/2012 UCL season. Many expected that, it will be an easy win for Barca, but It didn't turn out to be. It was one of those days where a David slayed a Goiath, Chelsea did it and they slayed Barca badly, and I got deeply upset. I wished Barca an easy victory that very day, especially when they scored two early goals, I thought the stage was set for goal gallow, not knowing it will end so disappointing. The goal scored by Fernando Torres at the last gasps minute that ensured the scoreline at 2-2 and (2-3) on agg, pained me to the bone, it was indeed a solo goal, explicitly taken by Torres as he dribbled past Barca goalie 'V. Valdez. That Lionel Messi's missed penalty pained me the more, I expected the football maestro to score from there to end any hope Chelsea got in the match, but he failed on his attempt and pounced on the woodwork . I had a terrible nightmare that very day, I was thinking about what my friends gonna say to me, after telling them Barca will win the match easily against Chelsea. Share your saddest moment watching your favourite sport game.
  7. I am deeply into soccer than any other sports events happening around the world. I don't just focus on football within Europe, I watch African games, American games, Asia/Australian games etc. When it comes to epic moments in my whole life watching football, their are much options for me to pick, but I have to pick some that is truly worth remembering. And they're as follows: * Watching my favourite football club FC Barcelona defeating Chelsea at the last gasps minute during the 2008/2009 UCL semi final match, in which Andres Iniesta fired an audacious shot into the top roof of the net, was an epic moment indeed as a football fan. Barca went on to clinch the title at the expense of Manchester united at Old Trafford (0-2) to complete an historic treble for the calendar year. * 2011 semi final UCL match between RMA and FCB at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium was an epic one indeed for me. As I watched Leo Messi grabbing all two late goals to put Barcelona through to the final in style against RMA at their own stadium. * 2015 UCL Final that pitied Juve versus Barca was an epic moment, as Leo Messi helped his team by assisting his teammates downing Juve 3-1 at Berlin stadium in Munchen (Germany), which insured another treble campaign, making it double for Barcelona in their entire history, and the first European football club to repeat an historic treble. * Leo Messi winning the Copa America was at the peak of it's all as an epic moment for me, which helped to silence critics that was tabled to him (Messi) which stated: he'll never win an international trophy fir his beloved country (Argentina), such curse ended last year (2021) as they defeated Brazil at their own home turf (0-1) to win the Copa edition of 2020. Share your epic football moment(s).
  8. Ask questions before you conclude man... What I meant by 'slipping off' means, accepting what you never planned on accepting, that's actually what it means. You might be offered huge amount of money to stay in the house all alone and never play video games for some days. Such action isn't what you'll expect any time, but with the money involved, if you desperately need money, definitely you wouldn't turn the offer down, even if you love playing games. Me and you know that, playing video games even as a career wouldn't fetch you easy $10k a day. But take a look at this, you're offered $10,000 within 1-2 days staying indoors and not playing any video game. Is that not something surprising? Shouldn't that make you slip off from your decision to play games as you're alone? That's actually what I meant, no harm, 😂.
  9. You can't compare football during the 19th, and 20th centuries time to the one currently, money wasn't all that matters back then. Look at the game now for yourself, you'll see or read headlines where a player's transfer fee cost in the region of $200 million, and the basic weekly salary is around $600k. Unlike before, during the early 1900s and late 1900s, money wasn't all that attached, football was played with much passion and not just for the money. Infact, money started to pump up into soccer during the beginning of 21st century. during 80s, and 90s football, millions weren't splashed on millions unnecessarily, even when they aren't up to the price tag. At this point in time, many consider soccer as money game, it is gradually drifting away from the core entertainment we know it for. Players swap teams just to command hefty wages, and offer nothing much to the team they choose to represent, which is very popular around European football leagues. Do you think money is drifting away the culture of football? Do you think the footballers are worth the hefty salaries they command today? Share your opinion...
  10. Sure, their is more to money, when you see big money you'll feel the power in that money. You wouldn't even know when you'll slip off to something you never wanted to agree on.
  11. When I was using PS2 slim, the first thing they told me was to route my hard drive so I can install digital version of games and not using discs. I listened, and it was the best option I took, which didn't corrupt my games. Because, if you're using CD plate at some point you'll face issue of lag, but digital version stays like that for long, unless your hard drive got corrupted due to virus.
  12. Hmm, I don't know about the price then, but I know PS2 cost in the region of $80-$100 when it came out newly. Around 2009 my friend bought his own at $70, which is okay to me. So, I don't think yours is cheaper.
  13. No problem Jasmin, I'll go check them out on Google play store, thanks for your response.
  14. Maybe they want to promote their own stuffs, and not making use of foreign establishments like, video games produced by other nations, softwares and hardware as well. That's their own decision, I can't question them because they're a nation that has every right to thwart whatever they don't like.
  15. I tried working on Fiverr when I started freelancing writing, unfortunately Fiverr is saturated. Freelancer.com is an option for anyone looking for Fiverr alternative, at least it isn't all that saturated like Fiverr. P.S: Working have really short my entertainment time, I don't have time to stir at movie, I listen to music often, it goes together with my online gigs. Video games comes later in the night to round up my 24 hours activities lol.
  16. $800 is whopping on a free game like Fortnite, I wonder what Heatman purchased that made his spending on the game to be so high like that.
  17. For now, I'm trying to save money up, because I need to attend a professional course for coding. It cost money, no one gonna teach me for free. After learning and learning it expertly I'll go into making apps, especially games.
  18. That's it bro. When I have the best things in life, definitely my family members, love ones will enjoy together with me. If video game accessories or consoles are their problem I'll get it for any of them.
  19. I never said it is easy, because we know how attached it can be to one's life, very misleading indeed when one is deeply addicted. That's the reason, why we need to take things easy and not rush in and feeling emotional all the time around that particular stuff.
  20. It's been a long one for your bro, mine is no where near,I stopped playing PES career mode after two years. How long do you want to continue playing this game? Don't you upgrade to a newer version of the game? Or you just stick around with the old edition while doing upgrades?
  21. Sure, unreal engine 5 have come to improve the quality of the games and make them look more realistic. PS4, which I know is still running on frostbite. PC, PS5, Xbox series x/s are running on unreal engine 5.
  22. Your last paragraph said it all, we just have to be safe first before thinking about anything further. E3 organizers knows it all, that's why the annual ceremony meeting was cancelled.
  23. They're both great gaming computers, and good for other purposes. I'll go for anyone that is affordable for me, as for the two computers they're just way off my budget at this time.
  24. If I sum it up, you've spent over $4,000 on your PC, that's one hell of money spent. I believe you're enjoying what you spent alot of money on. St this time, I'm considering buying a PC in the region of $500, I don't have much on me now.
  25. Wish them success as they try to recapture the actions in the game into real life actions. I wouldn't partake as a spectator either, cos I'm not a fan of streaming movies online via subscription policy.
