  1. The last game I played was Fortnite for the new chapter and season which just came out a few days ago. I am really enjoying the new chapter and the new season with the new map and also the new mechanics and new weapons. Having a lot of fun with the new shockwave hammer if I am honest and with it being loot in chests and it being one that is quite frequent, it makes the game fun with that weapon.
  2. It really depends for me if I am honest on what the game is and whether I liked it or not when it was first released. Some games really do well when they are remastered or re-released and I find they do well if they were super popular on their first release. Unfortunately, there are some games I would love to see remastered, and it doesn't seem like they ever will any time soon and that is Simpsons Road Rage and Simpsons Hit and Run. These would be games I would jump on in a heartbeat if they were remastered.
  3. I often wonder this myself as well. Before the COVID 19 pandemic, we used to have more games that came out which were completed and in better shape than we ever do now if I am honest. It was like after the lockdowns started and the pandemic started, game developers started rushing games like they felt they needed to release them as soon as possible and I feel it was mainly because more people were wanting the games to be released as soon as possible and they gave into that pressure, and it's just become normal now. I feel game developers need to step back and really state that they will release when they feel it is ready and not just give into pressure like they have been doing. It only hurts them if they release them too early.
  4. You are not the only one when it comes to Sonic games and them not really explaining it too much and it being more of a you have to work it out. I myself have been in a situation where I have jumped on to play a Sonic game and then got stuck on something and not known what to do. I don't want to give up as I want to play the game, but it can be frustrating. I have found looking on YouTube for walkthroughs is always a great way to get past these areas that become a pain. Hopefully you manage to get past it and continue enjoying the game!

    Fall Guys?

I know exactly how you feel if I am honest! I remember when I started playing it when it came out on Steam and also on PlayStation and they were the only two places you could play it. I was terrible at the game and never managed to get a crown win at all. The good thing since the release of it to all platforms is that they now offer a lot more game modes than just the base ones and it's been some of the limited time modes I have managed to get crown wins on which I think is awesome. It means everyone at some point will have a chance to get a crown win on the game now.
  6. Being that I am a huge fan of this character and the games and have been since I was younger, the one I am hoping to see at the Game Awards is Crash Bandicoot - Wumpa League. It's been rumored for a while now but as of, yet nothing has been released by the developers at all, so I am hoping it's because they are keeping it under wraps for the announcement on the 8th. Either way I will be looking out for this game.
  7. This one is definitely not tough for me as I have a lot of favorite game characters from being a kid as well as to the present day. Some of my favorite game characters over the years are as follows Mario Wario Luigi Yoshi (love Yoshi) Sonic Tails AiAi (Super Monkey Ball) Jonesy (Fortnite) Lynx (Fortnite) Penny (Fortnite) Master Chief Marcus Fenix My list could go on and on to be honest lol. They are just to name some of them

    Fall Guys?

I absolutely love Fall Guys, but I haven't played it in such a long time due to work being crazy. I missed out on the last season they had even though I had the battle pass as I was unaware of when the season was ending and so missed out as they do not seem to be very precise with a date of when the season will end much like other games. I haven't as of yet jumped on for the new season yet, but I have seen people playing and they seem to be really enjoying it. Hoping to get some time this weekend to jump on and check out the new season.
  9. I remember Streets of Rage very well; it was an amazing game and was a game I played myself quite a bit with friends. I believe you can now get it on Xbox I think with Game Pass it was with at one point unless I am mistaken as I went back to it a little while back and it brought back a lot of memories when I played it again. If I had more time, I probably would play it a lot more like I used to when I was a kid but unfortunately, adulting is a thing.
  10. I feel like I missed out on this game as I see so many people saying how good a game it is and that it really was where the 3D sonic games peaked. I unfortunately did not have a Dreamcast growing up and was only able to play using a friends at their house which was only sometimes for a few hours, and this wasn't a game I managed to play because of that. It's definitely a game I would love to check out now though if I was able to get it and the console, but I fear that it would cost me quite a bit to do that now.
  11. It's always amazing when you get to clearing stuff out and you find something you either forgot you had or something that you haven't seen in a while to be honest, especially when it comes to something like games as after a while some games can be hard to get hold of if the console is pretty old so having them in your collection means you have them and after a while they could become quite rare. Perfect if you like to collect games as an avid gamer.
  12. We have the PS Vita 2000 Series LCD which my son got for Christmas the year it was released. He used to play it a chunk when he first got it but after a while moved over to Xbox to game more and he never really bothered with it much anymore. We still have the console now and it's in storage but doesn't get used at all now. I guess it's there for times when he ever wants to go back to it for nostalgia purposes and I have told him to keep hold of it purely because it's an older console now.
  13. For me it would have been the Dreamcast if I am honest. We never actually got one ourselves to share between me and my brothers and the only way I could play was to use a friend's console at their house. I remember having a ton of fun on the Dreamcast with friends at their house and often hoped my parents would get us one eventually, but it never happened due to lack of funds. It wasn't really one console I missed out on to be honest, but it was one we never had for ourselves.
  14. So far we haven't heard anything in terms of a new handheld from Nintendo and one of the reasons for that could be because of their Switch Lite which is just that, a handheld console and they do seem to be focusing a lot more on the Switch at the moment. I would love to see a new DS if I am honest, their last one was the 3DS which my eldest had and he still has his in his bedroom in a drawer. I guess the question would be where they would take another DS, especially since they have the Switch Lite now.
  15. I always forget that when I have Nintendo Online, I have access to this game and there are so many to play on there as well. I know the last I checked Yoshi's Island was on there and I absolutely loved that game as a kid and going back to it would be amazing! Don't they add new games to it periodically as well? I can't remember the last time I checked but when I did there was a huge number of games to choose from.
  16. I remember the game Alan Wake when it was first released but I never got into it myself if I am honest. I know a few people that did, and they really loved the initial release of the game but I too was not aware there was going to be a port of Alan Wake though, so this is news to me to be honest. I can only imagine people would be comparing this port to the initial release of the game and when doing that, you are bound to have some kind of let downs.
  17. I guess it depends on the kind of gamer you are to be honest. I myself am still quite a kid at heart so I love playing the games that Nintendo has to offer and also with me having kids as well, they love to play the games that Nintendo has to offer. I feel though if you are someone who is looking for games that are a little more on the adult side, I can see your point on why you have not jumped on the Switch yet as they don't really offer a whole lot of that like PlayStation and Xbox do.
  18. Not being a huge fan of PlayStation it's not very often I ever get something from the PlayStation store and usually it's only if there is a game that I would like to play is only ever available on the PlayStation. For example, when Fall Guys first released, we got that from the PlayStation store with it only being available on the PlayStation and also another time has been when we have wanted to try betas of Call of Duty games when they have been on the PlayStation earlier. Other than that, I don't really bother with the PlayStation store.
  19. No, I do not own all the PS consoles at the moment. I have had access to all the PlayStation consoles over the years though from the PS1 right the way to the PS4, but I have not had access to the PS5 or even considered purchasing one. At the moment we still have the PlayStation 4 which my two youngest sons still use from time to time for some games that they like to play but for the most part, it ends up just sitting and collecting dust now as all of us are more PC and Xbox gamers.
  20. I have a cupboard that I keep in my living room which is in the corner where we keep most of the games that we have and some of them are also kept in other cupboards of the house. At the moment I don't have any solid place where I can keep all the physical games that I have due to lack of funds to get something like that which is kind of why I am glad digital is now a thing as that means less worry on where to keep games when I get them so there is less clutter.
  21. I think for me out of all the games I have for my Nintendo Switch now, Animal Crossing New Horizons has to be my favorite. I have spent so many hours on that game, most of it was spent in the lockdowns back in 2020 that we had due to the pandemic, but I still find myself jumping on it every now and then just to check updates and collect things. I have been considering redoing my island, but I have had it for over 2 years now so it's a decision I am not taking lightly.
  22. In terms of physical I'd have to say around 200 but there could be more if I am honest. I am actually thankful that games are digital now and not just physical as it means I can have games and not have the worry of where to put them all which can sometimes be a pain to be honest. Not only that but you have less worry that they will get scratched or be unplayable as well which also means less chance of losing money if that happens.

    Warzone Mobile?

I may download Warzone on my mobile and give it a shot, much like I downloaded Call of Duty Mobile and gave it a shot as you never know if you will like it or not if you don't try. I guess the only thing that worries me is that I never really got into Warzone on the console version so would it be any different on the mobile app? It's worth a try though just to say I tried it. I can imagine it will be quite sweaty still though especially with those who tend to play a lot more mobile games than console games.
  24. A few years ago, when I purchased Just Dance for my kids for Christmas, we only had 2 joy cons on the Nintendo Switch at the time and they all wanted to play at the same time. They downloaded the app for that purpose, and they found that the app worked really well and synced well with the game which was amazing as it meant they could all play together as they wanted to. I would definitely recommend downloading it and giving it a try.
  25. This is crazy and I honestly did not know that there was anything such as scratch and sniff for video games. When thinking about some of the games we have I could not imagine how bad some of the scratch and sniff options would be for some games if it was a normal thing for all games. I feel it is a little weird to make the disc the thing that you scratch and sniff though. Is it just a disk on its own for that sole purpose or is it the game as well? Still a very interesting thing that I didn't even know was a thing.
