This is actually a very interesting one and one I can not say myself I have ever thought of even though it may be very much possible to achieve. I feel as though I would struggle to decide what kind of world I would want to end up in and also what character I would want to be. I feel if I was to choose any character, would myself be an option as I feel that would be cool to experience if I am honest.

Yes, I have been known to procrastinate especially on open world games that I play. I often find myself working on missions at one moment and then I will find myself getting lost in the open world just exploring everything, it's never done on purpose it's just something that happens and I end up just running around the open world checking everything out.

I'll be honest and say that I honestly have not played Devil May Cry even though I have had an interest in it. Even when I was younger it was never a game that me and my brothers even got or was able to play and I do feel as though I kinda missed out to some extent as so many people say how much of a great game it is. It's going to have to be a game I play just to say that I have and to have experienced it myself.

I had heard of Rec Room but hadn't checked it out. With you saying achievements I am guessing it is available on the Xbox via Game Pass? May be one I will check out just to see what it is about and also maybe up my gamerscore that has been very stagnant for a while now.

Do you know any good Dreamcast games rated PG?
Shortie replied to BlazeNinja22's topic in Video Games
There are a few I can name off the top of my head which I believe are PG rated unless I am mistaken Phantasy Star Online is one. I never played this myself on the Dreamcast but when it came to Xbox a few years ago I jumped on and it's a really fun and addictive game. Jet Set Radio is another as well. Again I never played this one myself and wish I had because from what I hear, it was an amazing game Sonic Adventure 2 was another game as well that I know is PG rated and if you are a Sonic fan you will know just how fun the Sonic games are. -
The one game I can think of that I jumped on when it was released and it never really took off and I just stopped playing it after a short while was Sunset Overdrive. I remember seeing trailers on it prior to its' release and thinking how good a game it would be to play and even jumped on it on day one. I now regret that because I barely played it and id didn't seem to be a hit I thought it was going to be.

When I started playing FPS games on mobile the main problem I had at the start was using the on screen controls to play the game as I found that with them being in a certain place all to often my thumbs would move too far over and not even be interacting with the controls on the screen. I still tried to play games such as Call of Duty and even Apex Legends now using it and the more I played the more I found I was having less issues with the controls. I still much prefer to play FPS games on my console though but trying on mobile is a new experience and I would like to get better at it.

I really do not think I would be able to handle the stress and the pressure of always being on my best game all the time for a living and being part of an esports team if I am honest, no matter how much money may be involved in possibly agreeing to it. I have always been a firm believer that your health and your well being is always more important than the amount of money you can earn and for someone like me, taking something like gaming and making it a full time job in terms of being competitive would just push me away from gaming as much as I do now. I am better staying a casual gamer.

Has there been any further news on this lately, it has got me quite curious as to what he is teasing. Could it be something he is slowly teasing up until maybe E3 2023? Would seem about right if he is trying to get the hype up for something new he is releasing at some point. What better way to get people interested than post up out of context teasers for people to start guessing on.

What games/series were you most upset to see become exclusives?
Shortie replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
It's not so much as exclusive now due to it going free to play and Epic Games coming together with Mediatonic to help with the games growth and progress but when Fall Guys was announced I was super excited to see a game like that coming to consoles as it's something I really enjoy and wanted to play it. When it was released in 2020 it became a PlayStation and Steam exclusive online for around 2 years where you would either have to buy it or have PlayStation Plus to play it. This lead to a lot of people including myself being left out from trying the game up until this year when they finally released it on all platforms as a free to play game. -
This is absolutely awful that they would go as far as to exploit games through multiplayer to spread their ideologies to be honest especially on a game like Roblox, where the majority of their player base is kids who will be easily influenced by things that they read online and in games. Something like this really does need to be nipped in the bud as soon as possible by game developers before it gets out of hand, that is if it hasn't already. We live in a very cruel world especially when it comes to online.

US Military has been trying to recruit through gaming and esports
Shortie replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming News
As much as this seems like a crazy way to recruit people into the military I can understand why they would use this method for recruitment as many people who play games such as say Call of Duty and Battlefield may have some kind of interest in joining the military and having the details to be able to apply for that would be made easier if they have some kind of connection with gaming and esports. That is actually quite a smart move on their part. -
Microsoft Patent Shows Xbox Controller with LCD Display
Shortie replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming News
Personally I would love to see it released with the current gen as I feel it would be a nice upgrade to the controllers that we have now. Unfortunately I feel that it probably will not be released with the current gen but we can only hope maybe with as you say when a successor is launched. It would make more sense to release when a successor is launched to be honest, a whole updated console with a new updated controller with LCD display, that would be awesome! -
How quickly do you forget (some) video game content?
Shortie replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I tend to forget a lot of stuff soon after I played the game if I am honest but I am always forgetting things quite easily so that is normal to me to be honest. I find that I have to play through either certain parts again to remember what is going on in the game before I continue or if it's a game I played fully through in one sitting I will play through the game again just to try and remember what happened. It can be very frustrating sometimes. -
My favorite search engine used to always be Google, it was the first place I went to whenever I needed to search for something. Over the last year or so though, that has changed and I now tend to use Bing more than any other search engine mainly because when I search I can accumulate Microsoft reward points which help me get gift cards and subscriptions for my Xbox.

Not too long after I got my PC I had an issue with the USB ports on the top of the case, they had slipped and needed to be put back in place. Being that my PC was still under warranty I was able to send it back for repair. I was without my PC for nearly a week due to the repairs but luckily I had a laptop that I could switch to for the time being to be able to continue working and doing anything else I needed. If I didn't have the laptop option though, I would have more than likely spent my time either gaming or watching TV shows if need be.

At the moment I have an Elgato stream deck, Elgato HD60S and an Elgato Wave 3 all of which are serving me well and I have had no issues with that weren't an easy fix to be honest. My capture card I have had since around 2018 and the same with my stream deck and both are still working perfectly fine. My Wave 3 is something I got a few months ago but so far I am really happy with it and don't have any issue with it. I am interested to see how Avermedia fairs against Elgato though so if there ever was a time that I needed to replace my capture card, I probably would go with Avermedia.

For the longest time I was using Chrome on my android phone up until I realized you could get Microsoft Edge on android as well. Since I use Edge on my PC with me having a Microsoft account and I can earn Microsoft Reward points for things like searching, it seemed the better idea to have Edge as a browser on my phone as well to syn everything across both devices.

If I find a game I am interested in that is both on PC and mobile I will always choose to get the PC version first. If I like the PC version and it's a game I would also like to play on the go, that is when I would download the game on my phone. Luckily with most games now you have a cross progression system in place so with some games I can play on PC and mobile and have my account be on both devices which I love.

No I don't always have the latest phone, at the moment I am currently using the Huawei P30 which I have been using now for around a year and it's still working fine and handling apps that I frequently use so I haven't had any reason to want to or need to upgrade to another phone. I normally keep the same device I have for around 2 years if not longer if I am able to and find that they last me for what I use my phone for.

What's the possibly strangest app you have on your phone?
Shortie replied to The Blackangel's topic in Mobile
When I think about the apps I have on my phone and then checking again to confirm the apps I have on my phone are right I don't think there is an app that I would say is strange if I am honest. I have the usual apps like messenger, twitch, twitter, banking app, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and such but I don't think there is really an app I would call strange. I do have Zedge which is an app for ringtones and wallpapers for your phone. -
Being that I played PUBG on console back in 2018 I believe it was and I never really got on with the game on console due to the movement and just the whole feel of the game, I have never felt the need to try PUBG on mobile. It doesn't seem to be as popular as other games on mobile such as Call of Duty or even Apex Legends if I am honest which are games I have been curious about on mobile and have played.

I haven't played Smash Bros in so long even though I have the game and have had it pretty much since it was released. Absolutely love the game if I am honest and it makes for a lot of hours of fun. In terms of what character I would love to see in the Smash Bros game I honestly do not know. There are already so many awesome characters in the game and I know myself that new characters have been released since the last time I played it so I would have to catch up on who is now in the game before I was to make a choice on who I would love to see in the game that isn't already.

My favorite Nintendo console without any doubt at all would have to be the Super Nintendo. I have so many memories of playing games with my brothers and my Mum on that console and one game that always jumps out at me every time I think of that console was Yoshi's Island. I absolutely loved that game and spent hours up on hours when I was younger playing that game. I recently played it again on the Nintendo Switch and it brought back so many memories.

I honestly never got chance to play any of the Mario Party games when I was younger mainly due to funds and parents and such not being able to always get many games for us. Mario Party is something though that I have seen many streamers play and it does look like a ton of fun to be honest especially if you get the family together and play together it could be a real good time. I am actually eager to try a Mario Party game myself being that I never actually played one. The Nintendo Switch may be the first place I try this game.
