I can't say I ever played this game and it is the first time I am hearing about it. After seeing the video above for it thought it looks a lot of fun and something I would for sure play when I have the chance. 
Golf with Friends is a ton of fun. I have not played it in a while but given the chance and having some time, it is a game I could spend hours on playing with friends. 

No - I've never played this game before. However, I've played "Golf With Your Friends" and it's actually a fun game to play with others.

We do not have a GameStop in the UK but we have a similar store called Game, they are the same they tend to sell more collectibles than they do physical games now and it does make me wonder if soon, they may just stop selling physical games altogether. 
Even going in the store you can a lot of the time buy games digitally too so having them physical is usually pointless. Most of the time, the games that are physical that sell are used games that have been sold to the store for credit. 
I do believe one day we will see physical games no longer available in stores such as GameStop or Game in the UK and digital fully taking over. These stores will simply sit as a place to buy gaming collectibles. 

I was never a fan of going to the dentist. When I was younger, I had a dentist that was really good and he used to do all he could to make my visits better and make me less worried and scared. 
Unfortunately, the dentist I had left and I ended up with another who was not as understanding as the last and that brought my fear back. 

Even though Christmas has been, I am still listening to Christmas music until tomorrow. 
After tomorrow, Christmas music will be turned off until November 2024. 

We'll be doing the same thing we do every New Years Eve.

MONEY

Has anyone played the new Fortnite Festival mode? It dropped alongside the LEGO mode and the Rocket Racing mode. It's a new rhythm music mode made by Harmonix themselves, who were responsible for Guitar Hero and Rock Band. The mode currently only supports controller and keyboard, but they are working on support for the guitar controllers. I have an Xbox 360 guitar so I'm ready for when they support it. 
I tried my hands at it via a regular controller, but I couldn't get it down at all. I have yet to try via keyboard, but Idk if I want to try that. So I'm just going to wait until they add support.

I totally agree! This looks like a total blast! Like Cuphead, it's the animation style of the cartoons I watched as a kid, which is what has me playing Cuphead. Despite having never even made it past the first level.😋
So far is hasn't really been rage inducing for me yet, but I'm sure it will at some point. Just being able to play in those graphics is enough for me to not get pissed.

I wish we got a sequel to Hit and Run too! It's a shame this never seen the light of day, at this point though I would love a remaster or remake of the first game. Will it ever happen I wonder... I suppose since we've been getting a lot of remasters lately it's only a mater of time. Makes me wonder if there's a prototype of the sequel, if it even made it that far.

Two of mine are now adults and I tend to not police what they play now either as I feel at the age they are, they can make the best decision for themselves.
My two youngest, one is going to be 16 in December and the other is turning 15 next year, I still tend to police what they play to an extent but again, not as strict as I was when they were younger.

When my daughter was young, like elementary school age, I forbid anything occult, witchcraft, etc, because she was drawn to that. My son on the other hand, was attracted to violence, so we restricted things like Call of Duty, etc. Then when they got into their teens, I was able to loosen up because they were either able to make better decisions now OR they could handle it and separate fantasy from reality. Now one is an adult and the next one will be next year so i don't "police" much of anything anymore.

I don't listen to Christmas music unless I'm decorating the house or on Christmas day so I haven't listened to it yet. Though there was a day back in October where one of my coworkers turned on a Christmas music station, thankfully it wasn't on long lol. I don't care for Christmas music as much as I used to as a kid, since I used to work in retail and would have to hear it way too much.

I think the only reason why I'd get a folding smartphone is to emulate DS/3DS games and that's it. I just don't get the appeal of having a smartphone that folds, my spouse knew someone who had one and you can see where the two screens meet together when it's open. That would drive me insane lol.

I honestly haven't even started Christmas shopping yet. I'm bad about this, I tend to wait until the last minute to buy gifts and hope they come in just in time for Christmas. My spouse doesn't really want much from me though, so it shouldn't be too difficult to figure out what to get them. My father in law is a pain to shop for though, but my mother in law isn't.

I pick up a few things for @Rain Dew, despite her being hard as hell to buy for. Other than her I have no one to shop for.

If you could speak every language in the history of earth, (including the extinct languages) or play every musical instrument on earth, which would you choose?
While I absolutely love music, I would go with the languages. I can listen to music all day long, and it's often easier to learn a musical instrument than it is to learn a language. For example, would it be easier to learn to play a guitar or learn to speak Mandarin?

Grease is an amazing musical. I have watched both Grease and Grease 2 and often get grief when I say that I much preferred Grease 2 between both movies 🙂

This is what I like about Nintendo, they never usually tend to let on that they have something planned or ready to be announced, it is a surprise and a pleasant one at that, especially when you have been waiting so long to hear something from Nintendo.

There was actually a follow up around 1982, but it was not well received. 

My favourite is probably quite literally Halloween. A classic slasher for a reason.

I'm looking forward to two Bollywood movies of SRK. One is "Jawan" that is releasing on 7th of September, other one is "Dunki" which will release on 22nd of December! His movies are coming after 5 years of gap so really excited to see him on the big screen throughout the year! (One more had release in January titled "Pathaan" which was a massive hit, collected Rs. 1050 Crores Worldwide!

I'm looking forward to Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom in December. I'm a sucker for most superhero films and this one looks like it might be pretty good!
