Interview with the vampire - 9/10

I haven't been on Joyfreak in a long time and it's sad because I used to go there for things like guides for certain games.

Helldivers 2 - I swear that I don't like playing with randoms because some idiot killed most of us with an airstrike.

Have your smartphone battery swollen up from over charging?
killamch89 replied to Ja sa bong's topic in Technology & Gadgets
That sounds terrifying! You should definitely stop using that phone and get the battery replaced immediately. Keeping it in that condition can be really dangerous. Are you currently using the certified charger for your device because some third-party chargers may overcharge your device as well. -
As I've said on similar threads, AI in its current form cannot completely replace humans. This is due to the fact current AI needs some kind of human input to perform its duties effectively.

I’ve not used Kdenlive before but I've seen a few reviews and I’m really impressed with its performance and features. The learning curve seems pretty gentle too compared to competitors. Do you have any favorite plugins or tips for getting the most out of it?

Do you have games in your library that you have not played?
killamch89 replied to Kennysplash's topic in Gaming Forum
I have hundreds of games on my Steam account that I haven't played as yet. Over the years, I got most of these games during Steam bundle sales and I just never play them for one reason or another. -
Ever worry about buying reproduction/bootleg games by mistake?
killamch89 replied to Kane99's topic in Video Games
I’ve always been wary of this issue as well. Do you have any specific resources or guides you recommend for spotting fakes? I’m sure many collectors would appreciate having more tools to help them check the authenticity of the retro games they're buying. -
I've heard some buzz about it but haven't had a chance to try it out yet. How does it compare to Zelda in terms of gameplay and exploration? And are there any standout features that make it unique despite the similarities?

The Plucky Squire seems like a fresh take on action-adventure games. The ability to switch between 2D and 3D could add a lot of depth to the gameplay. I'm curious about how this will affect the overall narrative and puzzle design. How do you think this dual-environment approach will compare to other games in the genre?

I've heard that the game is poorly rated amongst Beta testers which is what I feared would happen given Ubisoft's recent record.

I've played a couple of the Earth Defense Force games, and they are indeed a lot of fun! The giant insect battles are always a blast. As for the Epic Games account requirement, I understand why some people might be upset. It's not just about creating an account; it's more about having to use a different launcher and dealing with potential privacy concerns. Some players also prefer to keep all their games in one place. That said, it's great that the game is available on multiple platforms.

Metal Slug: Awakening looks like it's going to be a great addition to the series. I'm particularly looking forward to seeing how they've modernized the graphics and gameplay. What are you hoping to see in this new installment?

It does look like a fun, casual game to pick up and play if you want to pass the time.

It's a pretty underrated game. The only issues I even found with it were like the camera especially during combat.

Do you play multiple games at once or just one?
killamch89 replied to Kennysplash's topic in Gaming Forum
Everyone is different. Some of us just like to experience a lot of things simultaneously - do what works for you. -
How do you feel watching other gamers rage?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I've seen people do that before in real life and then they're like, "Why the hell did I just do that?". I'm like, "Why are you asking me? I told you to calm down. It's just a game." -
Do you often gamble on the outcomes of games?
killamch89 replied to Kennysplash's topic in Gaming Forum
I've been lucky in other areas of my life but when it comes to gambling - never. You'd swore I walked past a thousand black cats before I went gambling... -
Spec Ops: The Line - that White phosphorus scene always moves me emotionally because seeing the melting flesh of children and parents holding each other in horror truly shocked me.
