One thing I’m curious about is how the shadow mechanics work in practice. Do you think the game has a good balance between challenging puzzles and accessibility for newcomers?
  2. The pixel art and top-down style seem like a unique approach for a survival horror game. I’m really curious about how the game portrays the horror of war without any supernatural elements. Are you planning to play this?

That does sound interesting! I love the Cyberpunk aesthetic, and fast-paced shooters are right up my alley. I'll definitely seems like something I’d enjoy - I'll be keeping an eye on it.
  4. Absolutely, it's interesting to see how the Switch has outlasted previous consoles. I read that the continued release of strong first-party titles and consistent third-party support have been key factors. What upcoming Switch games are you excited about?
  5. The article presents an interesting perspective. While digital distribution is convenient, many gamers still appreciate physical copies for reasons like ownership, resale value, and the joy of collecting. Who knows? Maybe there'll still be a niche market for physical copies of games.
  6. My guess is it'd be at best a mediocre game. Please bear in mind that most superhero games pre-Arkham flopped pretty hard and even now, most modern releases were pretty terrible.
  7. I'd prefer if Bethesda stay away from it. They'd try to incorporate Creation Club into it to try and make money off the mods if Fallout 1 and 2 were to be remastered.
  8. Tell me about it but I've managed to rebuild it albeit dropping a few mods but I've managed to get a stable load order. I plan on playing this on Friday because I'll have enough time to finish it over the weekend without interruptions.
  9. I agree. Rumors can be exciting, but I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much until we get something concrete to work with. Do you think they will make any changes to the gameplay or just improve the graphics?
  10. Definitely! The game's mix of engaging story, deep mechanics, and cooperative play seems to have really resonated with the community. Other game developers need to take note of how to keep a player base full entertained while not charging them for every little thing.
  11. I totally get that. Balancing gaming with other aspects of life can be challenging but it's something you have to learn. If you don't take care of your needs in real life, you won't be able to properly enjoy gaming as much because you'll have those issues on your mind while gaming.
  12. I do still play 2 out of the four mentioned - Goldeneye and Mario Kart 64. Even though Super Mario 64 was one of my favorite games growing up along with the Ocarina of Time, I haven't played them in quite some time.
  13. I don't know how forget to mention Pokemon Red and Blue. I used to battle my friends all the time at school and we traded Pokemon as well - those were some good times.
  14. A good amount still don't because their parents told them the same thing when growing up and it's sad. Gaming can teach a child so much and help to develop things like coordination and short-term memory skills.
  15. That's awesome! What kind of weapons and armors do you like to craft? Do you typical prioritize ranged weapons or melee when crafting?
  16. Totally! Red Dead Redemption 2 is phenomenal. It's surprising considering how much additional content GTA V Online received over the years. If they even gave RDR Online the same amount of attention regarding content, it'd be almost as big of a hit as GT
  17. Avowed comes to mind. It was such a lackluster and generic RPG experience for me. It felt like the game was just published to make up the numbers - it was so boring.
  18. "Nice choices! Personally, I've found 'Layers of Fear' and 'The Evil Within' to be pretty terrifying. The psychological horror in 'Layers of Fear' and the relentless tension in 'The Evil Within' really got to me. 'Madison' also deserves a shout. It's the first game to ever make me terrified of statues.
