Need For Speed Most Wanted

He was - he's actually parodied after a prisoner at the time named Fleece Johnson. Just look him up - it'll make this scene even funnier. Yeah, Boondocks is a classic. I know right? Their excuses were always pretty stupid.

That's my issue with the RE 4 remake if I'm being honest, I didn't get why they couldn't just make an HD remaster. The first 3 were understandable but why this game? We did see the preview for the Last Of Us Remake the other day as well.

Keeping track of minor character/quest information in RPGs
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
This goes for many RPG games - even Skyrim that I play all the time. I don't remember most of the characters in minor quests by name or the lore behind them unless I really think about it. -
Aspects of gaming you had to learn to appreciate
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Turned based RPGs and me had a rough beginning - believe it or not, when I played the first FInal fantasy game the first time, the turn-based system really annoyed me and it took a while to warm up to as a kid as the attention span wasn't there. -
How would you rank the fighting games you have played?

Netflix should really start to release bigger/triple A games
killamch89 replied to Kane99's topic in Video Games
It only makes sense - they can't hope to dominate the gaming industry overnight with Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo around. Netflix will be fine because they have a lot of unique and interesting series to keep us the users hooked. -
Haven't played it personally but it's been personally recommended by a lot of gamers I know and in addition to that, the amount of Japanese culture/lore in the game is impressive.
-
GTA and RDR2 as @Kane99 said and some other games. I'm not a compulsive gambler but I'll try it in games because I know that it doesn't have any real world consequences such as me losing lots of money.

Which game do you think has the best set pieces/QTEs?
killamch89 replied to NightmareFarm's topic in Gaming Forum
Agreed - Quick time events where you have to press a lot of buttons in a ridiculously short space of time annoys the hell out of me. -
Redditor Uses Unreal Engine 5 to Make Amazing Kayne West Commercial
killamch89 replied to DC's topic in Gaming Forum
That's insane - I like that they're showing off the possibilities of the Unreal 5 engine. As for the CEO Unity himself, the less said the better, -
Red Dead Redemption 2 fans are planning a funeral for Red Dead Online
killamch89 replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming News
I'd appreciate some DLC for RDR online but Rockstar are going about this economically - GTA online makes them the most money so they'll pay more attention to that game to keep the cash cow going. -
Red Dead Redemption 2 bug means even NPCs are leaving Red Dead Online
killamch89 replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming News
Those of us who have been playing it for a while came to that conclusion and that was long before Rockstar said anything. -
I tend to play a lot of music when playing emulated games because I mute the sound as it annoys me.

Steam Hardware Survey February 2021 - July 2022 is in
killamch89 replied to Withywarlock's topic in PC
It's not much of surprise really: 4k Gaming is still too expensive. You'd need a Rtx 3090 or Radeon 6900 to have a solid 4k gaming and Quad HD gaming is kind of a weird one. So HD gaming still holds the majority. 16GB Ram doesn't really surprise me as that is the recommended value to run most modern games at medium to high settings. Intel still dominates because they still hold majority of the market share and their gaming laptops are still superior to the AMD ones in terms of gaming performance. Nvidia cards are more versatile as they're more optimized to run productivity software than their AMD counterparts so that explains why and 8GB VRam can run most modern games at medium to high settings. HDDs are still way cheaper than SSDs and although the prices of SSDs have dropped significantly, they'll to drop further to compete with HDDs. -
I don't personally use one as yet but I plan to start streaming in the near future. Here are some recommendations I got from other gamers that stream: Elgato Game Capture HD60 X Avermedia Live Gamer Duo Elgato Game Capture 4K60 Pro MK.2 Elgato Game Capture HD60 Pro Avermedia Live Gamer Portable 2 Plus

I've never really used a standing desk and my legs would be tired within a few hours if I was standing all the time. I mean, I spend hours on my computer per day so it'd be suicide for me.

Red Dead Redemption 2 fans are planning a funeral for Red Dead Online
killamch89 replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming News
So true - I do like RDR Online as a concept and I've had a lot of fun in-game despite the issues. The issue is that GTA online is such a huge cash cow and was pretty successful right off the bat whereas RDR would need a more work as not everyone likes the Western theme. -
Red Dead Redemption 2 bug means even NPCs are leaving Red Dead Online
killamch89 replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming News
They no longer plan to support the game so I highly doubt it. I'd be very surprised if they could be bothered - there are other more minor bugs that could be easily fixed but Rockstar doesn't care about RDR Online.
