ZandraJoi Posted June 6, 2021 Posted June 6, 2021 I know some people do. I had a friend in school who couldn’t sleep without the radio on. To me, I need white noise. Listening to music tends to distract me especially if it’s a good song. You just want to sing along to it lol

I just can't fall asleep to it. Or the TV! I think with music my brain wants to keep listening which is why I can't doze off to it.

I don't sleep listening to music, since I mostly use earpiece or headphone listening to music. It occurs as if something is biting my ear late in the night, such wouldn't enable me to sleep comfortably.
