Jerlene Posted November 10, 2018 Posted November 10, 2018 This is something my girlfriend is always asking me to do. She says I don't drink enough water and she's right. I don't drink any water. I really need to change that. I'm more of a soda person. It's so bad that I feel sick if I don't have soda.
o-o Posted November 11, 2018 Posted November 11, 2018 Haha, they recommend to drink around 2L of water. I usually drink the half of that or even less!
Jerlene Posted November 12, 2018 Author Posted November 12, 2018 You would drink a liter of water everyday? I can't do that. It's definitely something I need to work on doing though. My body desperately wants water.
Jerlene Posted November 17, 2018 Author Posted November 17, 2018 A gallon?? Wow. I could not do that. It's hard enough for me to try and drink an entire glass of water. I just can't stand that it tastes like nothing. lol I really like flavor. I know I need to start drinking more water though so I need to come up with acceptable ways to do so.
Shortie861 Posted November 24, 2018 Posted November 24, 2018 I never drink enough water! I am always told by people I really need to drink more water but I never do and end up drinking tea or something instead. I guess the reason I do not drink a lot of water is because I am not overly keen on the taste. I find water has a metallic taste rather than any actual flavour. If I do drink water I will usually go for flavoured water over just plain but then I don't know if that would have the same benefits as just plain water.
Jerlene Posted November 25, 2018 Author Posted November 25, 2018 What is flavoured water? Would Perrier fall under that category? My girlfriend is the same way. When she drinks water she prefers water like Voss and Perrier.
Alyxx Posted November 25, 2018 Posted November 25, 2018 It depends on my level of physical activity. If I have a very active day I try to drink around 1-2l.
Alexander. Posted November 29, 2018 Posted November 29, 2018 @DC - A gallon, 4 litres, really? That's really healthy for your body, keep it up. Remember not to be ill from water intoxication on the otherside, drink in moderation! I follow what the NHS and The British Heart Foundation say. Health organizations suggest you drink 2 litres a day to stay hydrated. I have been doing this for the past few years now and I find myself buying a 2 litre bottle of Spring Water and letting it cool in the fridge before experiencing the, cool, refreshing taste of ice cold water.
italianmunchiez Posted December 4, 2018 Posted December 4, 2018 Drinming to much can be bad for you there's a few cases where people drank to much and ended up drowning themselves. I drink about 2 to 3 bottles a day, I can't drink to much it makes my stomach hurt if I do.
DylanC Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 I drink about a litre of water and about half a litre of diet coke a day.
killamch89 Posted December 25, 2018 Posted December 25, 2018 At least 12 cups of filtered water a day. I love drinking water because it helps to boost my energy levels as well as cleanse my system.

Alyxx Posted December 25, 2018 Posted December 25, 2018 (edited) Depends on how active I am. Typically it's around 1-1.5l a day, spread over the day. If it's really hot and I run around alot it can be more. Edited December 25, 2018 by Alyxx
