Alexander. Posted February 6, 2019 Posted February 6, 2019 Gamers! What Nintendo devices do you own or have formally owned as a gamer? As of today, I don't have any devices made by Nintendo in my possession. Fortunately, I did have the ownership of a Nintendo 2DS and the original Wii just before my teenage years. The reason I'm not gaming on Nintendo as of today is their platforms weren't powerful enough for my gaming needs so a few years ago I invested in the Xbox as an alternative.
kingpotato Posted February 8, 2019 Posted February 8, 2019 In the past I owned NES, SNES, N64 , Gameboy Advanced, NDS, Today I have a modded Wii and a 2DS.
killamch89 Posted February 9, 2019 Posted February 9, 2019 I have owned the original Gameboy, GB color, GBA, 2DS, 3DS, The original Nintendo, SNES, N64 and Gamecube kingpotato 1
DylanC Posted February 9, 2019 Posted February 9, 2019 Over the years I’ve owned a Gameboy, SNES, DS Lite, 3DS, a Wii and a Switch. I also own a SNES mini and have my eye on a NES mini.
The Blackangel Posted March 7, 2019 Posted March 7, 2019 Gameboy, GBA, GBA SP, NES, SNES, N64, Game Cube, Wii, DS, 3DS, Switch, Super Scope
UleTheVee Posted May 9, 2019 Posted May 9, 2019 I did own an NES, N64, GCN, and Nintendo Wii. One of my cousins had the SNES and I played it religiously (and yet people think that the NES had story games lol) As for currently, I only own a Nintendo Switch.

I also have a 3DS but it might as well be some kind of collection item because I don't even use it. 🤣
Cmdr Data Posted July 8, 2019 Posted July 8, 2019 I have owned every Nintendo system except the Nintendo Wii U and SNES. I find Nintendo consoles to maintain playability well beyond their expected shelf life. For instance, I have had my 3DS for 7 years and I still play it regularly. My Nintendo 64 and GameCube are on my entertainment system with games played occasionally. I'm currently working on buying a Gameboy Color to replay the old Pokemon games.
The Blackangel Posted July 8, 2019 Posted July 8, 2019 If I could afford it, I would buy a Virtual Boy. Not because I want to play it. The damn thing always blinded me for half a day after only a few minutes of using it. I would buy one just to have it. I dunno, it’s difficult to explain adequately.
skyfire Posted August 16, 2019 Posted August 16, 2019 Nintendo Switch lite is definitely another good device to look upto there as well. I think it seems like a good device to watch out as well.
Alyxx Posted October 13, 2019 Posted October 13, 2019 GameBoy GameBoy Colour Nintendo 64 GameBoy Advance SP Nintendo DS Nintendo Wii Nintendo 3DS Nintendo Switch Planning to get a NES and SNES later on.

Do you use your Nintendo 3DS? I'm curious because I also have one brand new one which I've had for the past 3 years and I've never really used it. I also have Pokemon Omega Ruby for it but I just don't find it interesting enough to play it.

The Blackangel Posted October 30, 2019 Posted October 30, 2019 When the Zelda edition of the 3DS came out I bought 2 of them. I thought they were cool, and may be a collectors item one day.
