  1. So if you don't know, Hitman 3 came out yesterday and it comes with literally every game before it included. They did the same thing with the 2nd game, and I'm glad they did it with the 3rd, as it adds so much more to those missions in previous releases. I would love to see more games doing this for their yearly releases. Just imagine if Call of Duty did something like this, they could essentially have every map, gun, mode, etc, all in one game, each year. Of course it kind of makes those past releases pointless, but I think they would be forgotten anyway, and this way the games will be there for anyone who wants to try them out. Anyway, I think this could benefit many franchises that do the yearly releases. Lets go back to COD for example. Lets face it, most people drop the last game and move on to the new ones eventually, so instead of leaving those games behind, combine them into the newer titles, so that they can take advantage of the maps and everything else. I think it could be very helpful. But, with COD, that would balloon the game in size no doubt.
  2. What are some games that were removed from marketplaces and are no longer purchasable? I am reminded of the Scott Pilgrim game that just re-released. Originally that game came out for the 360, ps3 and pc I believe, and each one was removed from their marketplaces. This made me wonder, what are some of the games that you wish were still available for purchase digitally? There seems to be so many games out there that get released digitally, and then disappear from the marketplace. What are some of the games you wish were available for sale again? Scott Pilgrim is back, what other game removed do you want to see added back?
  3. So this is a bit of sad news, pro gamer ZooMaa had to retire from the pro gaming scene due to a thumb and wrist injury that returned. He felt that he couldn't go on and compete at the highest level due to the pain. Read this article and thought he'd be out of gaming for life, but I think he's only stopping in terms of pro playing. I think he still intends to game, just has to heal up more before he can take on the task of being a pro gamer again. The game he was a pro at was Call of Duty. No idea if and when he would be returning, maybe this injury could heal up and he could be back in no time. You can read more about his story here - NBC News Anyway, the main reason I started this topic, was to discuss the whole idea of possibly not being able to play video games again. What would you do if you were no longer able to play video games because of an injury like that? I would probably buy one of those adaptive controllers that Xbox makes. I would find a way to continue playing I think. What about you?
  4. I had no idea Control was coming out for the Switch, and low and behold, I see a review about it online. Thing is, the game isn't being run on Switch hardware, it's being streamed. Remedy entertainment decided to go the route of having the game be streamed in order to play on the Switch, and I guess it's not as bad as I first envisioned. At least if the review is correct. And I guess some other games are mostly run through the cloud, those being the new Assassin's Creed and Resident Evil 7. So this could also mean more resource heavy games, can run better on switch, of course you still need to rely on the internet to provide a stable connection. Anyway, check out the review that Gaming Respawn did here.
  5. Das a lot of players. According to MP1st there are rumors going around, stating that the new Battlefield 6 will allow up to 128 players, and include battle royale. On top of that, it will be releasing for last gen consoles as well, but with downgraded graphics and 64 players max. If the rumors are right of course. Read the article above if you want to get more of an idea. I figure they would add Battle Royal to the mix. The genre has been added to just about everything these days as its own game mode. Wonder if they can get 128 players in the battle royale mode, that'd rock.
  6. After my save was erased, I decided to replay it with cheats lol. I don't think I did it for long, as I eventually just got back to playing it normally. So I guess I can say I replayed it pretty fast lol.
  7. I like with the GTA games that you could play golf, and do other things. I played a fair amount of the B-ball game in San Andreas. And I did golf and tennis in V a lot with friends. Darts as well and a few other things. That's where GTA online shines, the activities you can do with friends adds a lot of fun.
  8. For me it's; GTA IV's story DLC, from The Ballad of Gay Tony, to The Lost and Damned. As well as The Undead Nightmare DLC for Red Dead Redemption. I can't think of any others that provided enough for the price. I always felt the GTA story DLCs where how DLCs should be. Fairly long, and adds more to the game. One DLC I was disappointed by, was the Harley Quinn DLC back in Arkham City. It was just a single mission that felt like it could have been a small section in the game. I rarely buy DLC due to this, as I feel the added stuff is never really worth it.
  9. Eh, not a big deal for me. I've never used an LG phone, and probably never would have anyway. I would get a TV from them or something, but I was never too into their products otherwise.
  10. This isn't anything new really. There are many developers and small studios out there releasing their own games on retro consoles. It's really popular. I just don't see it as often for the Game Boy though.
  11. I've never bet anything when playing games, and honestly, I'm too cheap to even try it lol. I know I'd end up losing, and then lose my bet, so no thanks lol.
  12. AtGames is known for usually making some crappy retro style consoles that don't really work so well. They made the first sega genesis classic, and it didn't do well, so Sega had to do it all themselves with a new one. But, it looks like AtGames are now working on arcades and pinball machines. One of them is the Legends Pinball machine, which will come with a bunch of pinball games. Is this something you'd ever get?
  13. Hitman 3 releases today and with the PS4 version, it comes with an option to play the game in VR. Now, this is a timed exclusive, so the PS4 is the only way to play Hitman 3 via virtual reality. But, they will probably, eventually release it for PC to utilize all those fancy VR headsets. Anyway, it doesn't sound like VR is that good. Though, from what I've seen, it still looks like it'd be a ton of fun to play, and get some good laughs. Watch this hitman VR review to get an idea of what to expect.
  14. Niel Druckman was recently asked on Twitter about what established IP he would like to make into a video game. He mentioned a few good ones, check the image below to see what he said. I would love to see him do a Punisher game, especially with how gruesome the deaths in TLOU2 are. Same with Ghost Rider. I think anyone would be happy to see Half Life back, but I can see fans throwing a fit if he was involved. Just the way the gaming community is these days. Hotline Miami is an interesting one. Maybe he could to a more realistic one? What do you guys think?
  15. Played an indie horror game last night from ichi io called Dispatch I think it was. It was a free to play short game. You are a paramedic going to a 911 call, and you find disturbing things. It has minecraft style graphics in a way. But it looked good though. It was really short. I finished it in like 15 minutes maybe. But it was good while it lasted. I ended up seeing a glitch, where a ghost showed up. I think they expected me to walk away, but I went up to him and he did nothing lol. I deleted it though, and can't find it. Maybe it wasn't called Dispatch. Oh well.

    Bully 2

You played a young kid who went to a private school. You had to deal with bullies, school, and fun missions. It's essentially a GTA for kids. You could ride around town on a bike or skateboard. It was a really fun game. How so? It was never meant to be some big open world game. Bully is more linear than other Rockstar titles. There was some stuff you could do in the town and around school, but it wasn't near the level of GTA or RDR for example. I think it's all been rumors so far. There was talk of a sequel coming, and then a cancellation like you said, but I don't think anything was confirmed. Maybe these "insiders" are telling the truth, but it's possible it could be still be in the works. Or at least on hold.
  17. That I'm loyal to? Hmm, well I'd say the Super Mario Bros. Series, mainly the NES/SNES and classics. I will play pretty much any new Mario game I can though. 😄 GTA as well, but to be honest, it has lost my interest over the years. I will usually play them, beat them, test out online for a while and then be done until the next game releases. Others are; Metal Gear Solid, Call of Duty, Batman Arkham Series, and more.
  18. I wouldn't say I'm great at them, but I can be good at some of them. Just depends on the racing game I suppose. I sadly don't play a lot of racing games, as I king of got tired of them during the PS1/PS2 years.
  19. The demo isn't the biggest issue here, it's just another problem added to the pile. It just shows that this studio lied to the consumers and continued to lie once the game was released. It's just establishing a track record of their lies. What gets me peeved about this whole situation, is the CDPR management. They literally threw the QA testers under the bus, saying that they didn't know the game was this broken. Bull shit! QA testers are tasked with finding every problem they can. CDPR is telling us that they didn't find any of the same bugs gamers did on day one? It's just lie after lie with this studio, and it's quite sad to see. If you want a full in depth view of how shit this launch was, I'd recommend reading through Jason Schreier's article at bloomberg below. Because it goes into detail as to why this launch was such a mess. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2021-01-16/cyberpunk-2077-what-caused-the-video-game-s-disastrous-rollout
  20. Nope, no feature like it currently. I'm sure you could install old dashboards if you had a way of getting them, but we have to wait for MS to do it. Unless someone can make a mod or a way to re-install old dashboards over the newer ones. I could see it giving more life to the 360.
  21. What are some games you've played, that you feel were made to be hard or tough to beat? I think a game that comes to mind is Dark Souls, but that's the nature of the game. It's tough, so you learn and become better. But what about games that are hard for the purpose of being hard? Ones that feel unbeatable. I think the only game that comes to mind like this, is that game "Getting Over It" I never played it, but the people who played and streamed it at the time, shows how crazy tough this game is. Sure you can probably beat it, but it looks like it's unbearable to deal with. What are some other games you can think of?
  22. This is awesome news. The Yakuza Series has been coming out for the Xbox recently, and now it looks like a lot of the series is coming out for it as well. Including 3, 4 and 5 in the series. And now, you can get all of those games on game pass. As well, you can get these games: Outer Wilds, Desperados III, Donut Country, Cyber Shawo, Control and The Medium. I can't wait to get my hands on The Medium, as I'll be trying to stream that on PC. Read more on this news here - Xbox
  23. What is one thing you would change about the new/current gen consoles, maybe it's just one console, or all of the current gen ones? What is one thing you would change for one, or each of them? For me, I think I would change the Switch joy con buttons. I think I mentioned this in another topic as well, but I feel the buttons are too small. For the PS5, I am not a fan of the look, so I think I'd switch it up a little bit. Maybe more square instead, idk, I'm a simple man. As for the Xbox series x and s, the look is king of growing on me. Maybe it's because it reminds me of a fridge and makes me hungry idk lol. One thing I'd change, is maybe more USB slots on the front. But I just prefer more USB slots on everything. 😄 What about you guys?
  24. And yet you didn't get a single point I made either. If you can't understand what I'm getting at then it's probably best to just move on.
  25. Which ones are you most excited for? I'm really interested in The Medium, for sure buying it after hearing Akira Yamaoka is doing the music. I also want to check out that Ghostwire game. I still need to play Little Nightmares and get the second 2. Which ones are you interested in?
