To be frank, showing toughness and trying to be hard isn't a good quality of a leader. I don't like a situation where a leader should be thuggish, even if the power is rest on him, it should be used wisely.

Alcohol and drug abuse is one of the major cause of crime, their is no need legalizing it. It has forced people doing some kind of stupid things which is influenced by dangerous substances that formed the drug.
