But those are exchanges - it's much better to store your crypto somewhere else because Crypto exchanges are hacked all the time. I have a couple software crypto wallets like Coinomi, Blockchain.com, Trust Wallet and few others along with my Ledger. It's never good to store everything in one place especially when it comes to the internet.

You know I can never support such extra means of money derivatives by the game creators, that's extortion. I don't like the idea of micro-transactions, it has deviated us from the spirit of the game to spending money like we're playing casino bets.

I don't know if I'm reading this all wrong or something, but it looks you're defending this sort of thing. Pay-to-win is never acceptable under any circumstances. It's takes away the accomplishment of victory, it removes any sense of fairness and valour in defeat, it invalidates competition, it's lazy and it's greedy. It makes a game worse if not ruin it completely, pure and simple and every time. And as I explained earlier, cosmetic microtransactions aren't much better.

I am a big fan of racing games, their is no secret to that. I opened up this thread to keep it engaged with fellow racing game lovers.
When it comes to my choice of racing games, I love 'Moto GP series a lot, I consider it my best racing game series of all-time. I take pride also around, 'GT series, NFS series, F1 series and Monster Energy Super-cross racing series.

That's nice to hear with your success around 10 mins Rome battle with your special Corvette blue car, lol. What's holding your from migrating to GT 7?
With the list you made here, it shows how far you've gone with your racing game choices. NASCAR, Turismo, WRC 8 are all tremendous racing games. For the fact you're playing them via different platforms shows how indebted you are playing racing games, the feeling is high. How many platforms do you make use of currently bro?

    News84Media.com
    The UCL competition is at the semi-final stage once again, only four teams remaining, which are;
Man City, Real Madrid, Liverpool and Villarreal CF.
Man City vs Real Madrid will battle it out home and away very soon in a semi final tie, while Liverpool and Villarreal will battle the other fixture.
Villarreal CF have pulled off with major significant scalps recently, defeating Juventus and FC Bayern in the process, lots of people were very surprised seeing them pulling off such kind of David and Goiath battle. In which they were considered clear underdogs in both fixtures, but they surprisingly pulled through.
Real Madrid did tremendously to knock Chelsea FC off in the last round, they'll pose a major threat to Pep Guadiola and his boys in the semi-final tie, but I'll be backing Manchester city to move to the final in the expense of Real Madrid, even if Madrid have shown resilience towards their ambition to clinch a 14th European cup victory. Man City is hoping to make amends in their last season defeat against Chelsea FC, to clinch their first ever European cup success, it will be a cracker of match indeed.

Many will be tipping Liverpool FC for am easy victory against Villarreal CF, but the reverse might be the case, just as Villarreal CF surprised the big guns (teams) recently, we saw it around Juventus team and Bayern Munich team. They're just capable of pulling off another scalp against one of the favourites to land the UCL title in 'Liverpool FC. I'm crossing my hands, and expecting to enjoy the teams in action as the semi-final fixtures draws closer.
Which team/club are you backing to clinch the UEFA Champions League cup come May 28, 2022?

Time for one more i always like bringing this game up, because it's the last game in what once was a legendary series. So it's time for some nostalgia.
Import Tuner Challenge / Shutokou Battle X (2006 Xbox 360)

First thing i need to get out of the way this is not a need for speed underground clone, the Shutokou Battle series has been around since 1994. If you don't know what i'm talking about maybe tokyo extreme racer or tokyo highway challenge may ring a bell. There is also street supremacy on the psp which is exellent that is also part of this series. Several different publishers published the games hence the different names. Also why they diden't went with the japanese cover is beyond me as it looks so much better.
And here we are released in 2006 and published by ubisoft, yep back in the day ubisoft were willing to take a chance on something risky, they weren't afraid to release a few stinkers here and there. Is import tuner challenge a stinker, i'm going to say no it's not, is it a good game well that's up for debate.
The game is your standard affair you start with a beginner car and beat rivals in turn you earn money to upgrade your car. Their is a story but all in all it's forgettable. The main objection is to beat all the racers in a gang and then take on their leader and if you win, you get their car. You drive around tokyo's various highways challenging various racers, earning some money upgrading your car rince and repeat for most people that sounds boring and i'll admit it is.
Let's start with the good stuff import tuner challenge has by far the best car customization i have ever seen in a racing game, literally anything can be changed and upgraded towards different levels. The car selection is jdm cars only but that's not a bad thing imo, all the tuning parts are real licensed from various brands, you can put stickers on your car to make it look unique but eh why should you do that.
Gameplay wise i had to replay it a bit since it's been so long, the driving is just not fun anymore, you can beat the ai so easy, even if they have the faster car you can just block them the entire "race".  You win when you're opponent is a certain distance behind. Graphics i can look past it it's a 16 year old game after all but it sure as hell hasen't aged very well. The environment look bland and uninspired, there isen't a whole lot of traffic and you race always in the dark.
Why do i bring this game up, i had a lot of fun with import tuner challenge when it first came out, was it a good game when it released maybe not, is it bad game i'll say i've played worse.
I just wanted to highlight the last game released in a once great series, it probably diden't help that it was 360 only and by 2006 a lot of the once populair tuning scene was in serious decline. It also marked the end of smaller racing game series, because let's face it it's just gran turismo, forza, grid, dirt whatever licensed game like f1/wrc these days there is no more room for niche racing games in todays market.
Should you go grab this, maybe if you see it a flea market orso for a few bucks pick it up and put it out if it's mysery. Otherwise no it sells for quite a bit of money on ebay. The japanese version is quite sought after aswell i've seen it going near the 100$ mark, no before you ask i did not pay that much.

True, it is our job to remind people to get back on topic. That is a part of the job. But it shouldn't have to be. We shouldn't have to tell people to get back on topic. I understand that topics derail easily. But if we have to step in and tell people to get back on topic, then the derailment of discussion has gone much further than it ever should have. If a discussion goes off topic, and you want to continue that discussion, then make a separate thread in the appropriate forum and continue the discussion there. That way the initial thread can get back on topic. I know that @Shagger, @DC, and myself would appreciate that as it would make our jobs easier, as well as make the forum run smoother. And I'm pretty sure the entire forum would appreciate that as well.
It would also end a lot of headaches for everyone here.

For me, it's Burnout. The games were intense, felt fantastic to control, unique, great soundtracks and massive fun. Apart from Burnout Paradise, that game can suck a smelly toe, but the rest of them are great. Burnout 3 in particular is, in my humble opinion, the best arcade racing game ever made, and given the decline in the genre, will probably be best we will ever see.

Actually, the Ford Racing games were not rally games.  They were mainly road course games.  The only rally games I have poured a lot of time into are Mobil 1 British Rally Championship for the PC, which a relative in Ireland gave me once and WRC 8 for the Switch.  There's one fictional rally game I have, but it's a poor depiction of rally, the cars don't steer and I forget the title.  I consider my true racing backgrounds in gaming to be NASCAR, Test Drive games and Gran Turismo with a little Indy Car thrown in.

You're really up to something different with your racing game choice, you have two racing rally games you're playing, which is Ford and WRC 8. I'm yet to play them, I'll take a look at them to review what next for me.

    >microsoft and sony will not ditch their old consoles and release them exclusively on their new hardware
They will once the shortage ends. Even now, there's still plenty of great games coming out which are much improved thanks to next gen hardware. 60fps is the norm again, loading times are very fast, haptic feedback/adaptive triggers also enhances the experience. I'm not trying to sound snobbish or anything but looking back when I had to wait full on MINUTES for some games to load a level(Devil May Cry 5, Final Fantasy XV, Jedi Fallen Order, etc) it seems so primitive in hindsight. Despite the lack of next gen exclusives, it still kind of feels like next gen because of all these improvements across the board. I could never picture a PS4 running a game like Rift Apart  at 60fps with load screens being a couple seconds. But you have a point, devs need to start pumping out next gen games. Spider-Man 2 and Wolverine are almost certain going to be a next gen game and Kill The Justice League is as well which come out next year. E3 is coming up so we should see a lot more being revealed.
    >Games being shoved out the door unfinished
    Such as?
    >Also what more can they possible add to the games we have now other then better graphics and faster loading times
    60fps on everything
    Haptic Feedback/Adaptive Triggers
    3D Audio
PS5 exclusives that will come out later
PC/PS5 exclusives(like deathloop, ghostwire tokyo, etc) if you don't own a gaming PC.
    >Shit that annoys me the most are Lootboxes and microtransactions
Lootboxes were far more prominent in 8th gen. Especially 2017 when Injustice 2 and Star Wars Battlefront 2 came out. I haven't seen it in any of it in the games i've played that came out recently. Microtransactions aren't an issue unless the devs intentionally take what should be in the base game and lock it to a microtransaction. Haven't really noticed that either.
    >gaming was always about creativity
It still is. Ever played Ghostrunner? If you look beyond just the triple A games everyone talks about there's plenty of creativity. And it feels more creative already than 8th gen where there were so many soulslike games, open world game and cinematic walking games. There is more variety now than 8th gen.

The stats apply to users on Steam. Steam is a launcher and storefront for video games, it is not office or cooperate software. Those 28 million users don't include people using Microsoft Office. Even if it happens to be on the exact same device, using a PC as a utility and using a PC as a gaming planform is not the same thing. You do not need a PC with the kind of specifications a gaming PC to write up a quarterly report, study for a geology exam or organise a company's payroll. It's true that someone may use that same PC to do those things kind of things, but the only reason someone is active on a Steam account is to play games on it, even if they use the same PC for other things.
