How many of you have downloaded and played the free to play games offered on various platforms? Which ones do you like? 
I myself have had Fortnite. It was fun for a while but the hackers ruined the experience for me altogether. Plus the Switch isn't a good platform for competitive shooter games. I tried FallGuys and it was fun but really tough to win at. 
I got Ninjala and have had that for a while. Didn't play much. But I've gone back to that. It's fun cuz I can beat the hell outta people. *Grins* They also added Knockout City which I'm not sure if I can manage to play it but I'm gonna try cuz it looks like fun. I also got Sky: Children of the Light. Haven't started on that yet.
I've had some others but they were all shooters or Paladins.

So far my faves are Manic and the LiL Whip skin with the whole bundle. LOL! 

Animal Crossing does one but it's no big deal. I'm not sure I ever was on for the Fortnite one. I'll hafta check that out this year.

Is that the one that is in the item shop today? I saw that one myself, will admit it is cute but I am out of vBucks at the moment so will have to wait until the next time it comes into the shop to snag that one. I think it's cool how certain skins are made like they are with different variants and such. Epic really do have some good ideas for skins that's for sure. 

Oh it sure is way more fun to get some exercise in, I feel that is why I like the concept of the game. I always get it for Christmas each year for my kids as a gift and they enjoy it every year and throughout the year with the updates. During the winter months they don't tend to get out as much as they would during the other times of the year due to the weather so this is a great way to get them up and moving and it's fun for them as well. 

I had Just Dance on the Wii. No mat though. Didn't need one. I enjoyed it but I find dancing to be a more fun way of getting exercise. I quit playing it cuz of my age and health. Plus I don't care for the newer music. They have one for the Switch if someone has one they can plug into their TV. Otherwise I doubt I'll buy anymore.

i got that one too. i bought the little rat skin bundle. i thought it was cute.

I also got this emote myself as well when it was released the other day. I was actually quite surprised to see Metallica in Fortnite but with Epic Games and Fortnite, anything is possible. I think this emote is cool with how you can have up to 3 others including yourself join in with it. Another great emote by Epic. 

I think I got the Metallica emote in Fortnite recently, but I had vbucks saved up. I haven't purchased anything from the game in a while otherwise. I did pay for the battle pass, but it was like 2 seasons ago or chapters. idk I don't get how it works haha. But I was able to get battle pass the last two times via the vbucks I had saved up. 

I think I spend a lot on games as well which is surprising because I don't like to spend too much on certain things.
I think video games are the only form of entertainment I really don't mind spending my money on , I wouldn't do that for a movie or something else.

i wasn't sure what to title this or if this was an appropriate place for it but here it is...
do you as a gamer ever feel out of place and awkward in the world around you? do you have trouble communicating or a lack of desire to communicate with others? i feel like this a lot. i feel like the only place i'm ok to be myself is in my games. i don't like multiplayer games anymore after some of the experiences i've had in groups and public streams and in voice chats. i prefer to game by myself. i've never really played well with others in life in general so gaming alone doesn't really bother me. it's actually easier that way. i just didn't know if all of us have a certain awkward introversion within us that makes us want to game more or not. or maybe i'm just crazy. 

no offense to anyone in here but i think most of the games on switch are crap.

I think its mostly the Skyrim publisher being greedy as hell. I wouldn't pay that much for such an old game to begin with on any system.

I've done this a ton, probably a list of my favorite are;

Female though I can easily come off as a guy on the internet given my interests and my lack of interests in typical things other women are into. Oh well. lol

Marvel Heroes 2016 was free when it was still around, which was one of the reasons it was one of the best superhero games for me because, for a free game, it had a decent storyline and decent gameplay. It had a few problems, especially in regards to people stealing your kills and you have to wait for the drops to spawn again, but that's to be expected from a free online game. The only thing that I paid for was the costumes, and they were amazingly designed because of the different famous voice actors hired for each costume, with my favorite being Christopher Daniel Barnes reprising his role as the Symbiote Spider-Man from the '90s cartoon.
I also remember playing Marvel Future Revolution for a while during its initial release, but got bored quickly and forgot about it.
I've also played Uno Online on CrazyGames.com, which is a decent time-killer and very addictive, but I feel like most of the opponents were bots...
Tried my hands on Pokémon Showdown and Pokémon: Trading Card Game Online. The former is just not for me because you really need to be an expert on Pokémon moves to win. The latter, I've played it for about a few years at least. It's very addictive, especially because of the theme decks and how you could just use them to win matches easily in Theme Matches. It's a shame that they haven't bothered to release new theme decks for a long time now. I might download it again if there's ever a new deck in the future.

I knew a guy several years ago that would drone on and on about how great he was. How high his IQ was, how rich was, how strong he was, how big his dick was and more. He was so in love with himself that he would consider it an honor for you to be allowed to be in his presence. I finally told him one time to let me know when he was done kissing his own ass, because my ass was full of shit too. He was so pissed off that I called him out like that (taking a baseball bat to his fragile overinflated ego), that he was red in the face and ran away like the scared little pussy he was. I haven't run into him in probably 20 years. I have no idea what happened to him since then, but I'm sure he has received several ass kickings.
As for me bragging about something, the only thing I can think of is my pets and my car. I don't look down on anyone who doesn't have things. I've been there. I'm just proud of those two things. I don't have any skills or abilities in anything to brag about. I'm actually a pretty boring person IRL.

@runswithspatulas said it all. I hate it all when someone is so self acclaim, always citing good about him/herself. I know humans has ego, but we don't have to let that show up to our fellow, it should live privately within us. I don't stay too long with people that brags about themselves, citing about personal belongings, and downgrading someone who doesn't have much in his or her life. 

Themselves mostly. They talk themselves up but when it comes time to deliver the goods they are useless. If you're gonna tell people how great you are at your job and then turn around slack off then that's a waste of my time to listen to.
