  1. If I had to pick, it would be the next Nintendo. If that's not an option then I may consider a PS5. But there's no way in hell I would bring that concrete block masquerading as a console into my house.
  2. What game would you recommend the most for any Nintendo console, from NES to Switch, whether it's a Nintendo exclusive, or available on multiple platforms?
  3. There is another member I would like to nominate as well, but as we are limited to one nomination, and that member has already been nominated, my choice is @AndreiMirfi for member of the month. He has offered a lot of good posts, and been enjoyable to interact with.
  4. Current iPhone's are extremely water resistant, almost to the point of being waterproof. I use an iPhone 6S, and i have dropped it in the dogs water bowl a couple times, and it suffered no damage. If I had left it in there, it would have been shot. But they're getting better at it. There are waterproof cases on the market for iPhone's, but they're expensive as all hell, and typically only available at an Apple store, as opposed to, say, the AT&T store where you get your service. Despite the fact that you get your phone there.
  5. If Johnny Depp hadn’t been in it, then I most likely never would have seen any of them. I’m not a fan of Disney. But I am however, obsessed with both Johnny Depp and Tim Burton. Unfortunately Tim had nothing to do with the movies. An interesting little tidbit of info: They got the idea of how to design the way Davy Jones looked from seeing coffee running down the side of a coffee cup.
  6. I tried it out several years ago. I hated it.
  7. I stay with HP, as they’re the best on the market within my price range. They’re good computers, but tend to slow down bad after a while. But the worst you could ever have the misfortune of dealing with, or if you’re stupid enough to actually buy it, is a dell. They simply do not work. I had to fix them constantly when I was a kid. I was even fixing them for the tech school, because of how much of a piece of shit they are. The school knew how worthless they were after about literally 2 months. But there wasn’t much they could do about it because they had signed a contract. After that one lapsed though, I helped them throw the fucking things in the dumpster. I threw away the clothes I was wearing and sanitized my hands afterwards.
  8. Current gen consoles have shown me a bit about the physical/digital decision. On all 3 systems, if it’s available physical, the entire game is available digital. So you’re not exactly screwed just because the disc is, unless that would erase all your data.
  9. Why can’t you play with him? Is your Lite not online? I wouldn’t recommend selling it. I say you should keep it. But that’s me. My girl has a Switch and I have a Lite, and we game together all the time with no issues.
  10. If it’s compatible with the Switch, it’s compatible with the Switch Lite. The only difference between the two is the physical size, vibration function, and the docking ability.
  11. True, but if you’re a major network like NBC, then it’s small potatoes. Local stations it’s different. But the big multinational companies can buy them 100 times over. And don’t even start in movie companies like Warner Brothers. They can buy them just to see how high they can drop it from before it breaks.
  12. Don’t count out Nintendo just yet. They’ve been the industry leaders for more than 30 years and are showing no signs of slowing down. PS and Xbox are their only true competition, but they haven’t beaten them yet.
  13. I use notes and reminders all the time. I have a lot of doctors (6 in total) that I see for a multitude of reasons. 3 of which are neurologists. So I always put my doctor appointments in the reminders, and I make notes when something pops in my head all the time, because I don’t carry a notebook with me all the damn time.
  14. I never owned one either. I knew people who had one, but I just never developed any real interest in it.
  15. After finishing it last night, I’m forever done with RDR2. It’s way too emotional for me, and I just don’t have it in me to go through it again.
  16. I get my news here, or the occasional YouTube video if a thumbnail pops up that catches my eye.
  17. It’s not a @Shagger problem. It’s a YOU problem @GUERILLA. I pointed out this very same thing when you first arrived here. Your posts are completely incoherent. You don’t use punctuation, you don’t make any kind of understandable points, and you attack people like a 3 year old child when they point it out. I’m not exactly the most popular person here, but you’re elevating my status here by acting like this. Try thinking your posts through, and make them something people can follow. If you’re not capable of that, then @Shagger is not the moron here.
  18. These days, I’m all about hockey. I absolutely live it. I’m a hardcore Detroit Red Wings fan. If you see me, chances are high that I’m wearing something that is team gear.
  19. I’ve bough a lot of games on eBay, and never had a bad experience. Some have come from overseas, others from here in North America. Most have been stateside though. All have worked as they should, no issues at all. I even bought a couple Pocket Stations before FF8 was remastered and rereleased. It’s the only way to get certain items if you’re playing it on the PS1. I can’t comment on Amazon, as I haven’t really ever shopped there much. I’m not saying I’ve never shopped there, just that I haven’t a lot. But the times I did, I can’t say I had any bad experiences there either.
  20. Love them and treat them with kindness. My sperm donor (AKA father) beat me every day of my life to the point that I started sleeping with a loaded rifle when I was 12, until he finally died when I was 18. My egg donor (AKA mother) got her kicks reminding me every day how worthless I am, how stupid I am, and that she wished she had aborted me. The rest of my bloodline, on both sides, joined in for the "fun" as well. My brother and sister however, walked on water. Social situations (school for example) were the same. Abuse (physical, verbal, emotional) was the daily norm for me. I grew up thinking that it was normal and that's just how the world works. I never had one single friend my entire childhood and on into adulthood. I finally mad a friend and we became closer than sisters. We're not lesbians, not that there's anything wrong with that. We actually live together, and I refer to her as "my girl" all the time. When we met and I saw her family love each other, I told her for years that her family was weird. I had never seen anything like that before. The only person that treated me with any kindness and love was my paternal grandmother. But she never knew the meaning of the word hate. She was the kindest most loving person that ever lived. She would rival any loving god you can think of. So just love them, and remind them that they have value. Never tear them down. Instead build them up. Encourage them. Don't let them turn out like me. I get pleasure of watching others get hurt, and go through the most extreme pain most can't even fathom.
  21. I've never been big on anime myself. But those that are, are gonna lose their shit for this game. Hell, I might actually look into it myself, depending on what platforms it's available on.
  22. The Legend Of Zelda: A Link To The Past
  23. Do everyone you care about to make sure they don't become a sociopath. Just remember: psychopaths are born, sociopaths are made.
