The last apartment I lived in was a shithole in a drug infested area. Gunshots were nightly. But it had its good points. All utilities were included in the rent. And the landlords accepted Section-8, so my rent went from $350 to $160 per month. outside that I had cable TV ($50) and internet ($50), so my total bills were $260 per month. The rest of the money I got every month, which wasn't shit by the way, I could do whatever I wanted with. Disability just barely gives you enough to survive on, depending on what you can find. I got lucky, money wise.

No fucking way. I value honesty, and despise greed, and would never support some piece of shit like that. If some scalper tried to sell me one, I would knock their worthless ass to the ground then squat down and piss on their face. After that I would just raid their pockets and take their console. Yes, I would rob them.

There is no defense. It's pure greed and nothing else. That's not a bad idea, but would be ineffective. Just because Scalper-1 is recorded, it doesn't mean their friends and family are. Also they could offer people x amount of money to go in, buy one with the scalpers money, and bring it out to the scalper. There's a million ways around these things.

A lot of games have a "hardcore" option that if you die once it's all over. You go all the way back to square one. You might be one step from winning and beating the game, but are killed by a surprise attack. Well you are now at the beginning of a new file.

PlayStation. For starters, the setup on the Xbox controller is uncomfortable. They don’t have as good a setup for multi platform games as PS does. Also, I have just personally hated Xbox ever since its first system. PS has never let me down though.

Rammstein. I don’t speak enough German to follow the lyrics, but I live their music. Sehnsucht is my favorite song of theirs.

If it’s clear enough tonight I’m going to get my telescope out. It’s a Celestron NexStar 5se. For those not into astronomy, it’s one of the best on the market. It can be a bit of a pain to fully set up at times, but it’s more than worth the hassle. Especially being that I can see nebulae outside of our solar system. Saturn and Jupiter are absolutely gorgeous and completely mesmerizing. Seeing them in a picture is nothing compared to actually seeing them with your own eyes. It’s like the pyramids ir Stonehenge. Sure it’s amazing in pictures, but it can’t compare in any way to actually seeing it firsthand. The planets take my breath away every time. Astronomy is a passion for me that supersedes gaming. If I was a good student, I would go to college and work towards a Ph.D in astronomy. But I just don’t have the self discipline to apply myself. Also I doubt I would get accepted anywhere, seeing as how I dropped out halfway into my junior year. Prior to that, if I got a D- I was happy because it meant I passed. Not exactly a scholastic record that would impress anyone.

You may not mind it, but others would. I hate spoilers, and if someone wants them, they're sure as hell not going to get it from me. If they want them then as you said, there's no shortage of them on YouTube.

I've been thinking about getting set up with a VPN, but don't know which one to go with. A lot of the YouTube channels that I subscribe to get sponsored by Express VPN, and recommend it a lot. It looks good to me, but I'm wondering if anyone else is set up with one, and if so what are your thoughts? Do you think they're not actually worth it? pros? Cons? I'm looking for any info anyone has before I shell out the $ for it.

I've been up for about an hour and a half. I'm a little worried about one of my dragons, a I found that her heat lamp wasn't on last night. Especially since I have to have it cold in order to be able to sleep. I'm trying to get 4 new rats accustomed to me handling them. The people I got the from didn't take care of them. They're all severely overweight, so I'm having to take extreme care in feeding them. Mostly watching what veggies I give them and changing the pellets to the brand I have always used. They love the veggies, but aren't too happy about the pellet change. I have 10 rats and 4 cages, plus an aquarium for them. The cages are sometimes called "rat cities" which is understandable. They're $200 at the pet stores here. They seem to be about half that at some sites online, but when you need one immediately, you don't really have much choice.

I'm not entirely following the question here. When you say "home" are you meaning it feels the way it felt growing up, or that you have found a place in a game that you would happily climb into the game and call home?

At the moment, only 2 come to mind. RDR2 and FF8. Initially I wasn't interested in FF8 because at the time I thought it was "too open" of a game for my tastes. Granted this was 1999, and games aren't anywhere near as advanced and open world as they are now. But back 21 years ago, this was one hell of an open world game. RDR2 didn't initially interest me, because I've never really been a big fan of western style games. I'm not into western movies or TV shows. I watched Bonanza with my grandmother when I was a little girl, but that was only because she loved the show. I never complained though. I was just happy to spend time with her. but back to the game, I watched my girl play it a lot, and the more I watched her, the more I got into it. I eventually bought it for both My Xbox One and PS4. I have to say it's much better on the PS4 than Xbox. I do have to say that GameStop lived up to its reputation. I bought it there for $60. We went to Walmart immediately after, and they were selling it for $40.😡

I can't believe I'm admitting this. Just remember I was drunk off my ass, and honestly don't remember doing it. It was apparently around 3:00 in the morning. I know we had hot pockets in the freezer, and apparently thought I was microwaving one. What it turned out to be was that I was microwaving a sponge. I kept commenting on how tough and bland this "hot pocket" was to my girl. She just took out her phone and recorded the whole thing. I would say I didn't need toilet paper for a day or two as the sponge would wipe my as itself as it came out, but that's just gross. This happened like 4 years ago and I've never lived it down. Occasionally when she's microwaving herself a frozen dinner and I ask her to make one for me, she'll bring me a nuked sponge. The saddest part is that I ate the entire thing.

Not a snowballs chance in hell of me showing my face. Despite being a girl, I look like a fat old man. I'm not being responsible for turning every member of this forum to stone. I don’t know about any extra content, but I have AC3 on Switch. The cartridge is extremely cheap, and it’s a great game.
