Is there no tutorial at all in Minecraft?

Does Minecraft have absolutely no tutorial? I feel quite lost trying to get started without one. So far, I have largely accomplished dying many times.

There are lot of external guides for the same though. In game guide is not enough often especially when you drop in a lot of modules from external developers.

Since the beginning Minecraft never offered a tutorial, Usually people learn it by just spending hours discovering And also by Watching Survival Lets Plays on YouTube that's the main source for all things But if you want a very detailed "All thing about Minecraft" check this https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Minecraft_Wiki It shows information about every Item/Block/Entity/Dimension/ and stuff you'll probably never use.

I think the idea of Minecraft is to be a sandbox game that people can spend hours exploring and learning, so not having an in-depth tutorial sort of makes sense. If you get stuck, there are plenty of guides created by the community, as others said.

It kinda walks you through a few things, but the rest is for you to learn essentially. There are many guides and wikis out there that'll do the job much better.

I have never noticed any type of tutorial for Minecraft. I feel that Minecraft is pretty self explanatory, but if for some reason people are unable to figure it out, there should be a ton of tutorials and resources available on Google search. I'll try to search some and post them here if I find any worth reading. 🙂

I remember being pretty lost when I first tried Minecraft and I don't recall a tutorial.

There's a very small basic tutorial to start you off, basically telling you to go punch wood essentially and I think it gives you the first few recipes to start out. But other than that, you're kind left to your own devices and to the internet for help.

Another option is to just jump into the game and learn as you go. But considering the decline of minecraft I don't think it's worth it to go that path.

Minecraft doesn't have any tutorial - I know that much even though I've never played it because I have seen some people on social media complain about it.

I couldn't find any either, I didn't bother myself too when I played first the game. I was desperate to play it, that's why I didn't mind for the tutorials, without knowing it isn't around.

I thought there was a basic tutorial when ya started out the game? 🤔 Granted, after that you're pretty much left to your own devices.

idk, I'm starting to think I was wrong and you kinda just played around a bit to figure things out. I think punching wood is the first step you take in the game, and I swear there was a tutorial or a message telling you to hit wood. But I may be wrong.
