  3. Welcome back MKUltra and Stanford Prison Experiment. We didn't miss you.
  4. Where, exactly, did you hear this? I've smoked marijuana on and off for more than 20 years and never once was it hallucinogenic. Multiple different strains from multiple growers. Some that won the cannabis cup. Never a hallucination once. I currently have a medical marijuana card, and use it for pain due to the muscular dystrophy. But there are several states that have legalized it not only for medical use, but also recreational use. Colorado is one. I'm personally legalized to have up to 4 ounces in my possession at any given time. I do have to agree with this one. Marijuana is extremely dangerous if someone gets behind the controls of any kind of machinery. Yes that includes their personal vehicle. While a buzz or tipsy on alcohol isn't good, being stoned is often worse than drunk. Mainly because marijuana often makes a person sleepy enough that they fall asleep behind the wheel. Then people end up dead, and someone ends up in prison. Look, I'm not trying to come down on anyone. I don't care what your drug of choice is. Grass, alcohol, rock, blow, angel dust, junk, krok, or anything else. It makes no difference to me. But just don't think for a second that you can operate anything while under the influence. In all reality, marijuana has no narcotic properties. THC isn't narcotic like say, nicotine or alcohol. That's why most don't sit around and burn one all day the way cigarette smokers and drinkers do. As for marijuana not having those effects, that makes me think that YOU are the one that has never been around a pot head. While people see it as something that's just going to mellow you out, that's only the way Hollywood portrays it. There's a lot more to the market than that.
  5. North American carbon copy of North Korea. Adolf went so far out of his way to fuck up the US as much as possible, that I worry whether we’re too far gone to ever be fixed. 1) No allies left. 2) The economy is destroyed. 3) No response to Covid except denial. 4) Government corruption worse than any other time in American history. 5) Lack of response to natural disasters. And dozens more thanks to Adolf. To sum it all up: WE’RE FUCKED.
  6. I doubt they’re going to worry about remasters for a while. With how much they’re making off games like GTAV, and RDR2 they really don’t need to jump on the bandwagon. Personally I hope they don’t.
  7. Same here. I started out playing AC3. It got me hooked. I’m not a fan of sequel crazy franchises, but I welcome more entries into the Assassins Creed series.
  8. Anything that is in demand, especially something that has been anticipated for so long like the PS5, is going to have scalpers trying to rip gullible people off. As for the night before part, they most likely went on sale at midnight, which technically is the day they promised the preorders to be sold. I can't say, as I didn't bother keeping up with it, since I have no intention of buying one for a few years at least. I always do that if there's a system I'm interested in. Bugs not initially caught will be fixed, price will be lower, more games will be available. It's a win-win IMO.

  10. When I try to use the bb code [] [/] to bold/italic/underline etc, it doesn’t do it. It just posts that as part of the post instead of an effect on the text.
  11. I’m pushing 40, but you hit all the nails on the head. From the moment I was born I was taught their racism. I was in kindergarten before the first time I ever heard the word “black”. I’m not exaggerating about that. That’s a literal fact. Everyone knows the word I did know. My father was a navy Vietnam vet. My grandfather was a WW2 army vet. I was in the marines until I busted my back. Out of 10 grandkids on my mother’s side I was the only one to even consider military. I was my grampas favorite anyway, but that just added to it. My parents were boomers. He died in 2000, thankfully. I have no idea if she is still alive or not, as I cut every last bit of my blood line out of my life several years ago. Their bullshit of complaining about how the younger generations are destroying the world gets old quick. Wait, the younger generation is destroying the world? Aren’t you the only fuckwads that dropped a nuclear bomb on anyone? Yep, we’re destroying the world for sure.
  12. How much I wish I could argue this, but it’s a sad fact of reality. Homo Sapien is a disgusting parasitic virus. It looks to destroy due to its greed over a fictitious value of a piece of cotton fiber paper and small pieces of metal. To paraphrase a Cree proverb: Only when the last tree has been cut, and the last fish has been caught, and the last river has been poisoned, will we realize that we can’t eat money.
  13. This one took two end tables to put it up. There’s no way to mount something this big on the wall. We had to borrow a truck from my girl’s father just to get it home. It’s fucking big.
  14. I can’t find it in the eShop. Maybe it’s just not announced yet.
  15. I’m looking to buy the right copy of [i]Little Samson[/i] before long. eBay has several people selling. I only have to decide how much I’m willing to spend. One person has an authenticated, factory sealed, graded copy for $5,500. I’m heavily considering that one. But there are several others that are only the cartridge, authenticated as well, for roughly $1,000-$1,500. So before too long I’m gonna have one of the rarest NES games in existence. Possibly one of the rarest video games period.
  16. I expected it to be at least $200 higher, so I can honestly say I’m pleasantly surprised.
  17. I collect Zippos and skulls. I have almost 70 Zippos at the moment, and almost 50 skulls. The skulls range in size from a parakeet to a zebra. But my buffalo skull may be bigger than my zebra. I’m not really sure. I have reptiles, mammals, and birds. I don’t think I have any amphibians or fish at the moment, with one exception. I have a 5” 2½ million year old Megalodon tooth.
  18. Ducktales 2 (NES) TMNT Tournament Fighters (NES) Taboo: The Sixth Sense (NES) Yo! NOID (NES) The first 2 are fairly valuable due to their rarity. The others are just some that most have never really heard of. I have a lot of others, but just didn't feel like going through the whole list.
  19. I don't know if this counts as a milestone or not, but I found it funny as hell. Especially for a sociopath.
  20. I would have to know all the details, down to the nitty gritty of the intent. But I'm trying to branch out into new things in my gaming, so I could be interested, even though I have always hated online gaming as a whole.
  21. There's a good chance some of the early God Of War games could get a remaster. Red Dead Redemption could be on the list too. I don't see RDR2 getting it, however. Nintendo went way back to early Game Boy with the remaster/remake of Links Awakening. They also remade Ocarina on the 3DS. So anything and everything is on the list.
  22. I always liked GameStop personally. I've never had bad customer service, but from what I've heard, I do have to say that the employees are treated like shit. As for digital/physical, I see everything going DDL. It's cheaper and you still get the same game. There are already games that are DDL exclusively. You can buy it anywhere that sells games, but there's just a slip of paper in the case with a download code in it. But I also think Nintendo is going to hang onto cartridges for a while, simply for us classic gamers that grew up on Nintendo. To give us a little bit of nostalgia, if you will.
  23. I agree. That makes no difference to me if it's prettier on a slightly different version of the same machine. It feels like a PS4/PS4 PRO situation. I have a PS4 simply because I didn't want to spend the extra money for a PS4 PRO. I don't really see any difference between the two personally, so I saw no point in spending an extra $150 for the same damn machine.
  24. OK, I have never liked FPS games, but this one looks fucking awesome. I may be drawn into a genre that I never liked if I'm not careful, LOL.
  25. I'm signed up to Nintendo Online, but I doubt I'll play this. I'm not a fan of online gaming. The only reason I'm signed up is for access to exclusive games. And also I can play a multitude of NES and SNES games when I'm out. I don't really like playing them on Switch because it's nothing more than an emulator, which is something I have always hated. But if I get an itch to play NES/SNES when I'm out, at least I can scratch that itch until I get home.
