I did a google search for video game forums. Found this site.

Fair enough. As for my drug abuse I went through 2 extremely traumatic events within a day and a half of each other. Virtually anyone would end up abusing some form of intoxicant. Whether it was alcohol or illegal substances is irrelevant. But you are right. I am violent and have no fuse. I have a dangerous temper.

I was talking to the guy at GameStop today, and he said the PS5 is definitely reverse compatible with PS4 games, according to Sony. But as for older systems they haven’t given an official statement. But it’s expected to be reverse compatible back to PS3, due to PS3 being a blu-ray system. As for PS2 and PS1, there’s no official statement yet.

I picked up Assassins Creed III today. As with AC2, it was selling for pocket change at GameStop, so I figured what the hell. If I like it then I got a steal on a game. If not, I didn’t really lose anything.

There’s a Castlevania on N64, and two on PS3. They’re 3D but still pretty sweet games.

To me that’s like people who scream “Guns kill”. If guns kill, then I can blame misspelled words on my pencil. It’s not the object that did it. To my knowledge Mortal Kombat has never taken hostages or opened fire into a crowd. Shang Tsung is more hands on.

Considering the fact that the thing I love the most in this world is animals, it would be an animal history museum. If that’s not possible it would be a paranormal museum, housing cursed items. Something like the Warrens museum in Connecticut. But the animal history museum would take priority if possible.

They want to make bank. They remember how successful Contra was in the beginning so they wanted to revive it with more modern technology. But instead they desecrated Contra’s legacy.

Yeah. I got an original black label copy on eBay. So I’m able to play the whole game. The only issue now is that I’ve beaten the game so many times, that I don’t even bother playing the 4th disc. It’s too short and easy. It’s boring. So whenever I get to a point on disc 3 after doing pretty much everything, I start a new game file.

The music. Everyone knows music attained perfection in 1986. It’s a scientific fact. Also those of us who were losers were still cool. Kids were kids. Girls jumped rope, boys played in the dirt with toy cars. Nowadays 4 year old kids are on their iPads. The best video games came out in the 80’s also. Bands were about rebellion and music. Most today are about the money. Also my absolute favorite car is a 1987 Camaro Iroc-Z t-top. I would kill for one. That’s just what comes to mind at the moment.

I always thought twerking looked about as stupid as it can get, but after Miley Cyrus twerked on Robin Thicke, I have completely despised it. Twerking just always looked to me like girls were trying to look as slutty as they possibly could. Be proud of your ass if you want, but there's a freaking limit.

Twinkies aren't as good as you might think. They're not bad, but they're definitely not legendary. Cockroaches love them. Mainly because after a nuclear holocaust the only things left will be cockroaches, twinkies, and Keith Richards.

If that's the way to go about it, then they will start disabling things that they don't personally like. Prejudice would interfere way too much. If they could develop an automated system that would block things such as this then that would be great.

The biggest problem here in the states is the republicans. They're too concerned with tariffs and don't want to tolerate free speech if it doesn't go along with them. They're going out of their way to alienate this country. Since trump came into office, virtually every ally has completely abandoned us. And the countries that we were never particularly friendly to begin with, have too much interest in our politics. Just look at the Ukraine situation. And Russia interfering in the election. It's all about money, and not freedom. The bill of rights is almost gone, and if the republicans get their way, it will be gone.

I hit one with FF8. There was a recent print of the game, but the 4th disc didn't work at all. I tried it in multiple different consoles. Several PS1, PS2, and PS3's. No luck. So I took it back and got another copy. Same thing. I returned it a total of 3 times, and none of the systems even recognized that there was even a disc in them. So I had to go to eBay and get other copies of the game for the 4th disc. The first 3 on that edition worked just fine, but there was no such thing as a 4th disc, as far as each system I tried it in.

We both game a lot, but our tastes are very different. She's hooked on FF14, and I'm a classic gamer. Sometimes I burn out on one game and switch systems. But since we tend to both play 1 player games, with the exception of her online gaming, we never have anything to game together with. It hasn't affected our relationship in any drastic way. We just do what we enjoy.

I would go with paying bills, but that one is too easy. It would probably be trying to train and tame my macaw. He's the spawn of Satan, and doesn't like to listen to what he's told, but I'm making a little bit of progress.

I just got back to my hotel room after being at the KC Renfest all day. It’s not very good this year. Boring as hell, actually. And the Renfest is the one thing I look forward to the most every year. But this is also the last weekend for this year, so that may have something to do with it. I dunno. Either way it wasn’t much fun this year. Not to mention that my power chair got stuck in the mud about 40 trillion times. Ugh.

If this is a discussion about using video games as a way to relieve stress, then Mortal Kombat has my vote. Beating the shit out of people and watching the blood fly always helps. But better than that is Soul Caliber II.

Solar Jetman. It’s impossible to do anything with the damn ship. If you breathe on the controller, the ship spins uncontrollably. There’s no way to fly it because the controls are so damn sensitive. Another is Mario RPG on SNES. What. The. Fuck. It’s not even a game. It’s worse than mowing your yard with scissors. And the absolute worst, most pathetic excuse for a game.... Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, straight out of the bowels if Satan himself, you know it’s a good one when it’s the devils fecal matter, we have...... TETRIS!

I recommend getting the actual cartridge and playing it that way. I don’t know if the downloads have all the features. Also in the game, you’re able to steal items from the shop in town. It’s not a glitch, it’s an actual part of the game if you’re slick enough. I don’t know if that’s still a part, and I don’t think it’s a part of the non-DX edition.
