We can't. There is no plausible way to curb the rate of population growth that wouldn't infringe on human rights to have a family. Some will take a religious perspective on this. The bible says to "be fruitful and multiply" which means have children. Not a child. Children. So religious convictions could challenge anything implemented. Others simply don't believe in birth control. It's why the Duggar family has 22 kids. The parents like to fuck, and if she gets pregnant, they have the child.
Trying to set a limit the way China has would never work here in the west. Forced sterilization would create another January 6th. There's probably scenarios that I'm not thinking of, but they're no less ridiculous and implausible, if not impossible.

Build proper shelters for homeless people and animals, get them some proper healthcare and education/skill training so that they wouldn't be on the sidewalks constantly suffering. Charge idiotic drivers hefty fines for driving like jackasses and putting everyone's life in danger. Charge those idiots who dump their garbage on the sidewalk without disposing of it properly some hefty fines. All Flat Earthers would be executed on sight and I'd have a signs up around the town that said "Flat Earthers are an invasive species, shoot on sight if there's evidence that you've encountered one. Let's make them extinct like the dinosaurs..." 

I agree - all these single dating coaches giving "advice" about marriage when they've never been in one or have been divorced. I used to have this old female supervisor that tried giving other young ladies advice about relationships when she couldn't even get a man if her life depended on it. She tried involving me in her conversation once and the first thing I asked was why should anyone listen to her when she can't even get a man? That's like me asking the meth head in the parking lot how to be a Customs Officer. Needless to say, that's the last time she ever started a convo like that while I was around.

Hi M76, thx for your reply mate 🙂 and wow System shock 2, there's a game ive not thought about in a long time lol, although ive got to say the only part i didn't agree with fully was the comment about half-life not being immersive?? Not that im saying your wrong, as like anything there is no right or wrong only opinions, but would like to know why you didn't get Immersed in half life, as its one of the all time greats!! 😞 But yeah mate Mass Effect defo one of the most influential gaming titles in my gaming portfolio without a doubt, as is Cyberpunk, which is still very prominent in my mind, as I played it very recently for the second time! 🙂  
I also get your point about quantic making games that are more interactive movies than full on games, but I personally think that's what makes them so Immersive, as they are like a cross between a game and a movie, so because you are not constantly having to be on the lookout, or ready with your trigger finger, you have more time to absorb the story and the emotions emanating from the characters, whereas like I say when playing a third or first person shooter your always on edge and a lot of times dont really have as much time to take everything in. To me this subject is a prime example of different game genres being better played when in the right frame of mind, much in the same way as you would listen to different music depending on your mood, so Reggie or soul to chill, dance, techno when feeling happy and energetic etc etc lol so yeah I play all game genres, but when im in a laid back chilled mood, with a glass of ale or jack D and just want to get engrossed in a really good storyline, I play a game like Detroit become human or heavy rain, as I much prefer having control of what direction the story goes in, instead of just the linear storyline of a film, so they are good for that when you are not in the mood for a full on game session if you get my meaning! 🙂  But yeah mate defo beyond 2 souls too, as I really felt for the main character growing up in a lab and being treat like a freak by the other kids, as I grew up in the 80's and had bad eczema, so not only was I picked on a lot by the other kids, but doctors were still trying new treatments for eczema at that point, so I guess you could say I was sort of a Guinea pig lol but it also made me the strong person I am today 🙂 so yeah i totally sympathized with the main character in beyond 2 souls, also as I said to Moonface above, the last of us is a game ive been dying to play for years, but im a PC gamer and dont like emulating games as it sucks the performance right out of games and that is a big deal for me, hence why im a PC gamer lol but yeah as Moonface said they should be coming to PC soon apparently and when they do ill be first in the que lol!
Hi again Moonface, yeah that's what I read too, dont know exactly when, but they will defo come at some point! 🙂 they just try and squeeze every bit of profit out of exclusives before releasing them for other platforms, which I totally get, as that the whole idea of an exclusive! 🙂 but yeah mate PS4 isn't an option bud, as high FPS and graphics is a big deal for me mate, that's why im a PC gamer lol, not that I dont game on consoles when I have to, but prefer games that I really want to get engrossed in to be played in the best possible way, so like I say with the highest FPS and graphics setting possible, so that's why ive waited for the PC release! 🙂 dont get me wrong though mate, im not in any way one of those PC master race types lol who thinks anything less than a high powered overclocked gaming rig isn't worth bothering with lol I just a have a very high appreciation for the best possible realism I can get in games, so with the higher FPS it moves smoother and more natural and obviously with better graphics it looks more real lol so yeah mate im all about max immersion, hence the name of my channel lol but yeah ill give my verdict when I have the pleasure of playing them, as ive waited so so long! 🙂
Hey Blackangel, thx for your reply! 🙂 and yes wow i forgot how Immersed i got in RDR2, well both the RDR games, as I played the first one too when it was released and got engrossed in that one too! :), but yeah mate I was devastated when Arthur died, Hosea and Lenny too, but I was equally annoyed at Micah and Dutch, who I really felt betrayed by lol I also felt a real sense of family with all the girls in our group, tbh it was just an all round well made, historically accurate game, which gave a real sense of what it must of been like to live in those wild west days!
I also get your point about you Grandmother too, as I was mainly brought up by my Nanna (grandmother lol) too, as my mum was a single parent who had to work long hours to bring me and my brother up, so we were always at my nans, but im so glad we were, as she taught me so much about life in my early years, probably due to her many years of life experience and the bond I forged with my nan was bulletproof and even now that she has passed, she is forever in my heart and thoughts and I look forward to the day we meet again! 🙂 so yeah I get you there too! 🙂
Eyup Killamch89! 🙂 yes every one of those I agree with, but most of all spec ops and Deus ex, both fantastic games and came out at a point when I believe video game devs, really started turning the immersion levels up to 11 in games, as from that point on the games and their storylines just seem to really up the bar in leaps and bounds, or maybe i was just at an age where i could appreciate them better from that point on??

This was in the Darwin Awards 20 something years ago, but there was a guy who cooked some beans for dinner one night. After he ate he went to bed, but his bedroom had no ventilation. One thing that does drive me nuts about Braveheart is the portrayal of Robert the Bruce. He didn't betray William Wallace at Falkirk. Hell, he wasn't even there. He actually grew up in the English court, so if her betrayed anyone it was England. At Bannockburn in 1314, he wasn't all dressed up in fancy armour either, he was actually armoured for something suitable for "reconnaissance" only and armed only with a small axe. An English Knight named Henry de Bohun spotted Bruce in this "disadvantaged" state with light armour and riding a small horse and charged. Bruce held his ground until the last second before side stepping and whacking Henry de Bohun with that small axe right between the eyes, both killing him and breaking the axe in the process in one of the most amazing combat baits in history. Bruce actually had to sit out the rest of the battle because he no longer had any means to defend himself.

If a permanent purge wasn’t an option, then I would banish the entire right wing, fire the entire police force and restaff with new cops (our PD is corrupt from the bottom all the way up), and buy a monkey despite @Rain Dew telling me that I’m not allowed. I know that I’m a bitch, but damnit she’s denying me my monkey!

This is pretty much me in a nutshell
It's technically not an allergy, but since everyone mistakenly calls it one, it's just easier to say it is.
Certain ones affect me more than others, but I haven't really deciphered which ones do better or worse. I can still drink, but I don't do it often because of the body reactions.
Sometimes I get red in the face very quickly, and people think I'm already hammered, and I'm only half a beer in.

My best friend has thought about joining for a while, but with as busy as her life is, she often forgets. She also has 3 kids to take care of, two of which are kindergarten age. So if she does have time she is often too worn out to get online. I’ve also told her bf about it, and he said he would check it out. Whether or not he has, I don’t know.

You can call this honor if you want, but for the few people that I actually do care about, there is nothing I won't do to protect them. If I have to kill to ensure their safety, I will kill. I will go to prison with my head held high. If I have to die to protect them, then I'll die. I only ask my ashes be spread in some place that is special to me.

Hell, on the other hand, is magnificent. It’s the most beautiful place the politician has ever seen, and everyone there is having the time of their lives. It has a buffet table filled with delicious-smelling food, a beautiful garden, a pool with a water slide, a dance floor, a massage parlor, and innumerable other attractions. It makes heaven look dull and boring and comparison.
“I can’t believe I’m saying this,” says the politician, “but I think I’d rather go to hell!”
“Very well,” says the spirit. “Turn around.”
When the politician turns around, though, hell appears to be completely different than it had been less than a minute ago. All of the attractions are gone, everything is on fire, and the people are screaming in agony.

I've written 2 full length novels, several short stories, and a hell of a lot of unconventional poetry.
That said, I can offer some advice. I assume you're writing fiction?
The first sentence of every story is always the hardest. After that let the story write itself. Never force it. You have to have that itch to get back to writing it. But before you get too far you need to think about a few things.
1) Is it a narrative?
2) Are the characters relatable?
3) What kind of conflict will they be dealing with?
4) Is it told through eyes of a certain character?
5) Have you written a description of all the characters yet?
6) Do you know where you want to go with the story? Have you thought about the beginning, middle, and end separately so you know what you want to tell the reader?
7) Is it engaging enough to keep a person reading?
8.) Can you describe what your story is about to someone who asks?
9) Are you writing just as a hobby, or are you thinking about publishing?
10) Can YOU relate to your characters? For example in my first book, the main character was based off of me. We share a lot of the same attitude and view of the world. The only difference is that my character in that story is male, and I'm female.
 
If you need more just ask and I'll help as much as I can. As a note to what @Withywarlock said, one of my books is currently on its 8th draft ans the other is on its 7th. More drafts will follow. Until it's perfect in my eyes, it will keep getting edits and rewrites. So don't get discouraged if you go to 7, 8, or 100 drafts. If you don't like it where it is, no one else will either.

How did my life bring me to a point whare I'm even being asked that question?

Unless they make a mouse/keyboard setup of the games, releasing them on console is not a good idea. It will flop I guarantee, simply due to gamers not being able to to control the game the way they think they would. Personally, I'm sticking to a 20 year old computer for AOE.
