Joshua Farrell Posted February 20, 2020 Posted February 20, 2020 What TV shows did you watch when you were a kid? Are there any from that list that you still enjoy watching, even now? One oof the shows I used to watch as a kid that I still enjoy even now, is Scooby Doo.
The Blackangel Posted February 20, 2020 Posted February 20, 2020 Most of the shows I watched as a kid are off the air now. The only ones left are remakes and not the original.
Peterlight Posted January 1, 2021 Posted January 1, 2021 I don't think they exist anymore. Charlie Chaplin for a start, it was my favourite.
Alexander. Posted January 27, 2021 Posted January 27, 2021 I don't think these TV shows are in production anymore. The series was created and produced by the same person, Matt Groening. Both futurama and The Simpsons as a child.
Jaiin13 Posted February 6, 2021 Posted February 6, 2021 Any late 90s/00s kids? I was addicted to disney channel shows. Lilo & Stitch, Recess, Kim Possible, American Dragon. And others not from disney, obviously Pokemon and Digimon, Rugrats... and I loved Rocket Power on nickelodean
JennyorAlice Posted February 6, 2021 Posted February 6, 2021 Scooby-Doo and Fraggle Rock I wonder if anyone here has ever heard of Fraggle Rock at all?

I was a huge fan as a child, and still am to this day. I have the entire series on DVD, and Gobo Fraggle tattooed on my leg. And in case you're wondering, yes I do watch it. AndreiMirfi Posted February 13, 2021 Posted February 13, 2021 I was a big fan of Gumball. Anyone similar?
ZandraJoi Posted November 17, 2021 Posted November 17, 2021 I still watch some of the old Looney Tunes cartoons. They were so much better than the newest ones which tend to be quite biased & have hidden meanings. Kids & even adults just want to enjoy watching a show & be entertained.
Darth Posted December 27, 2021 Posted December 27, 2021 Spongebob Squarepants. I loved that show when I was younger and used to watch it every day. I mean, I still love the show and if I ever get the chance, I'll watch an episode. The older episodes were the best though. Like any show, the newer ones are not as great.
The Blackangel Posted December 28, 2021 Posted December 28, 2021 (edited) I have a season of Spongebob on DVD for one reason and one reason only. Johnny Depp did a cameo in the episode Spongebob Squarepants vs The Big One in season 6 as Jack Kahuna Laguna. Which I also find interesting, maybe even fate, as I'm obsessed with both Johnny Depp and FF8. I also have season 8 of King Of The Hill for the exact same reason. Johnny Depp did a came in it as well. He appears in the episode Hank's Back as the character Yogi Victor. Edited December 28, 2021 by The Blackangel
m76 Posted January 7, 2022 Posted January 7, 2022 When I was very young I used to watch Skippy and Li-La Launebar both on german satellite TV Later I watched Knight Rider and Baywatch. Then during the mid nineties The Pretender, X-Files, Star Trek the original series. In the early 2000s, it was 24. As for cartoons, Tom&Jerry, Looney Toones, Rocko's Modern Life, Courage the cowardly dog. I actually re-watched The Pretender a few years ago and it was still enjoyable. I'd also recommend Rocko's Modern life, as it has lots of great satire, I'd argue it is even better to watch as an adult.
Jayson Posted March 8, 2022 Posted March 8, 2022 I liked Scooby Doo, The Smurfs, and Inspector Gadget. I also enjoyed Night Court and Crime Story. Well, this was in the 80s. Who liked these shows?
The Blackangel Posted March 8, 2022 Posted March 8, 2022 Just to name a few: Scooby Doo Smurfs George Of The Jungle Looney Tunes TMNT Fraggle Rock Mr Rogers Neighborhood Inspector Gadget Married... with Children Roseann
egghead Posted May 2, 2022 Posted May 2, 2022 I remember Knight Rider and Robocop. There were the re-telecast.
