Boblee Posted October 20, 2021 Posted October 20, 2021 Normally, I know that I give at least 2 to 3 hours to most of the games that I play. It makes it easy to sum it up and have a clue to what my hours is like on a particular game.

It makes life easier for you. I understand it's good to check in track of how many hours I am spending everyday for a period of one year, in order not to be too addicted to gaming.

Yes, gaming addiction isn't worth it at all. We shouldn't spend too much of our time simply for video games. We should play and have time for other things too. Family sedan 1

Yeah and it's pretty hard to recognize when you have a gaming addiction because there aren't really any standards when it comes to the diagnosis and treatment of gaming addiction.

Exactly - once you have a means to track the number of hours you invest in all your games, it's going to be very clear which one you are drifting too much to and know whether it's an addiction or not.

It's what being psychologically sick comes with. In most cases, you can't be able to tell it or even agree that there's something wrong with you at all.
Head_Hunter Posted October 21, 2021 Posted October 21, 2021 When we are addicted, it's something that has enter into our psychological reasoning. We'll simply be thinking about gaming all the time. As an adult, I limit my gaming urge, I play when I am bored or have nothing doing.
Heatman Posted October 21, 2021 Posted October 21, 2021 I'm thinking about getting two more controllers for my PS4 because there will definitely be increased playing activity with my console that upcoming Christmas. I would like lucky if none of them damages before January.

Yeah and if it happens that my playing hours on the games that I have aren't evenly distributed, I would work on it to balance it.

It's cool you're keeping track of your video game progress per hour you're spending on average. I don't think my hours playing video games this month is up to 4 hours, due to workload.
Head_Hunter Posted October 22, 2021 Posted October 22, 2021 When I was playing enough video games especially last year when the covid19 wave was high, I spend on average 8 hours everyday for gaming. This days, I am spending more time for just FIFA and F1 which is combined 45 minutes everyday.
