Darth got a reaction from killamch89 in YouTube ain't what it was...
I mean, chances are, your videos are at the bottom of the search results because there are other videos that have more views and are by bigger YouTubers. But the ad thing is very true, it's getting to a point where it's just extremely annoying and you actually end up hating the companies that advertise on YT.

Darth got a reaction from killamch89 in In open world games, do you go back and forth between areas a lot, or methodically work through them?
It depends a bit on the game, to be honest. For example, with Rockstar games like GTA and Red Dead Redemption, I like to explore the whole world as quickly as possible so the moment they give me some freedom, I try to go through the whole map. But with Horizon Zero Dawn, I've just been following the story and sticking to the area it wants me to stay in.

Darth got a reaction from DC in VGR being Plagiarized (incompetently) by igamenews
The thread to post ratio on that site is disgusting. It's clear that they're just copying content and it's not beneficial to that forum at all because clearly no one seems to be discussing the threads they post. Place pretty much looks dead as well.

Darth reacted to Shagger in Do you own a PlayStation 5?
This semi-conductor shortage is long reaching nightmare. I was at a job interview this past week with an engineering firm that manufactures refuse and recycling collection vehicles. OK, dumpster trucks and bin lorries, but this place was struggling to acquire components to meet orders for the same reason games consoles and PC component manufactures are struggling.

Darth reacted to kingpotato in "PlayStation Infinite", Confirmed as Plus Essential, Extra, Premium and Deluxe -June 2022
So yeah its finally out after many months of waiting and rumors. So basically its going to be 3 tiers:
-Plus Essential: Which is pretty much the same price and service of the current PS Plus service, Monthly games, Online gaming and discounts Price 9.99 monthly 39.99 Yearly USA
-Plus Extra : (This is the one that I liked the most ) Same features as before but this one includes over 400 games from PS4 and PS5 that can be downloaded , Price 14.99 Monthly 99.99 Yearly
-Plus Premium: Adds the same features as before and this one is basically the combination of PS Now and Ps Plus and will have access to cloud gaming so you can play PS1, PS2, PSP and PS3 games but only through streaming. Now this service still only applies to the same countries were PS Now was available before so this service will not be available to all countries due to the quality of internet service Price 17.99 Monthly Yearly 119.99
-Plus Deluxe: This is the one for me xD This service is only for markets were cloud gaming or streaming is not that all possible, like Latin america and other countries. Essentally it will have the same features as Plus premium except for cloud gaming , there will be a small selection of games to download from PS1, PS2 and PSP (so no ps3 games😢) and of course it will be cheaper. I dont know the price in other countries but at least here in Latin america it will be 11.99 monthly and 76.99 yearly

Here you go everyone, it has finally been announced. Personally, it doesn't seem too impressive to me at the moment so I will probably be sticking to the normal tier of PS Plus (or whichever one is the equivalent of the current one).

A bit more of GTA Online on the PS5. The E&E edition didn't have a lot of improvements but I have to say that the 60FPS mode is very fun to use. The game looks good and feels amazing. I'm looking forward to going through the new content that I didn't pay attention to before as well.

Darth got a reaction from kingpotato in Fortnite in 2021
A permanent game mode without building as you mentioned in your previous post would be good. At least that would keep us satisfied and give everyone an option to choose what they like. It definitely makes the game feel faster since you don't waste time trying to get someone to come down from their huge tower.

If it's that good and offers something that's going to be interested to my gaming needs, then you can count me in on it.

Darth got a reaction from Head_Hunter in Used or New Games
Yeah, it's better even if you do consider the price different. That's why I went for the disk drive version because I can then choose to buy games digitally or physically. It would be awful to be stuck to the PS Store prices especially for games that you're getting at launch which will be full price. You can always find physical copies for cheaper.

Darth got a reaction from Knight Plug in The web browser on the PS4 is really slow...
It was awful but it's the last thing I'm going to use on the PS4 so as Shagger mentions, it's not a deal-breaker for me. I have to say, whilst it wasn't great, it did make putting up some sports streams on the TV quite easy. That was until I got the Chromecast anyway.

Darth got a reaction from Knight Barida in Android v iOS for gaming - which do you think is better?
Honestly, with the high end Android phones, I doubt you will notice any difference between Android and iOS when gaming. It's probably a completely different story when you consider the lower-end Android devices though. The one thing I can say though is that the Apple App Store is awful in terms of choices for gaming. The Google Play Store is way better

Darth reacted to kingpotato in Horizon Zero Dawn
Well you shouldnt skip the first one, otherwise you are not going to understand the story of the sequel. Dont skip the first the game just because the sequel is trending thats not smart.

Darth got a reaction from Family sedan in I bought a new Switch.
I didn't even realise that it had WRC 8 on the Nintendo Switch. I'm sure it will be a lot of fun and I hope you enjoy it. I've been contemplating getting one because it would be fun to have a handheld console but I've been reluctant to buy it because of the price.

Some more FIFA 22 for me today on the PlayStation 5. I finally finished the Tammy Abraham FUT Birthday objective so I know have him for my Chelsea past and present team. Looking forward to seeing the FUT Birthday token rewards come out at some point.

Darth got a reaction from killamch89 in Happy Birthday Playstation 2 @22 years
It's crazy to think how far we have come in terms of the consoles, the games, and the gaming companies themselves. 22 years is an amazing achievement and I can't wait to enjoy the PlayStation brand for a long time!

Darth got a reaction from kingpotato in Last Game Played
I completed the 2004 level of Unpacking earlier today to get 3 achievements. Not a game I particularly care about but Microsoft Rewards currently has a few good offers for when you earn achievements and this is one of the easiest games to get achievements from.

Darth got a reaction from kingpotato in Red Dead Online Legendary Bounties
It's been a while since I last played Red Dead Redemption 2 at all. I tried to get into it recently but just couldn't be bothered. It's a shame that Rockstar hasn't put much focus into the online mode like they do with GTA Online because they have some nice things like this but the content is still lacking.

Darth reacted to Kane99 in GTA-Bow down to Saints Row
Oh no, I didn't say that. Saints Row has its pros and cons for sure. It's not a perfect franchise by any means, but they have some great games in the series. But, it doesn't come close to what GTA offers unfortunately.
I agree. Saints Row is a fine game, but it doesn't come close to the production value, and quality of GTA titles. They're just better built, smoother, and more reliable.

Darth got a reaction from Knight Barida in Should I pay extra for the PS5?
Don't do that. It's just supporting the scalpers and when they know that it works, they will just keep doing it for future releases which then results in you having even more trouble. Be patient and spend some time on stock sites that alert you when a PS5 is available to buy/pre-order.

Darth got a reaction from DC in [Sponsored] Get 10% off and change your gaming experience forever
That looks pretty cool actually. A bit more expensive that the normal ones, but that Cyberpunk one looks really good. I'm sure this would be a great product for those (like myself) that get tired and just want to sit on a comfy sofa for their gaming sessions

Darth got a reaction from kingpotato in Ask Darth
I would like to think that I would be calm. But realistically, if I was on my own, I would be extremely scared and probably try running. I wouldn't bother trying to fight them or talk to them unless they weirdly looked just like us.

Not yet. I don't really believe in ghosts though.
95% of my income is from my offline job. I do a few tasks online as well though. It's for a task based company called Tellus AI and then I just use that money to invest in the stock market.
