  1. I guess it's just something that they want to be on the platform since a few people might find it useful to quickly search something. I think it's also slightly necessary for consoles because there are sometimes sites that they want you to check out for help and information. It's better to allow users to access that directly from the console rather than telling them to visit it on another device. So not exactly a feature they expect a lot of users to use all the time but still a necessity.
  2. I won't fret over it as much but I do still care about my K/D. I think the whole point of playing multiplayer games where you can shoot other players is that you want to be better than everyone else. And your K/D kind of proves that point. If it's not good, I want to get better and improve it.
  3. I mean, chances are, your videos are at the bottom of the search results because there are other videos that have more views and are by bigger YouTubers. But the ad thing is very true, it's getting to a point where it's just extremely annoying and you actually end up hating the companies that advertise on YT.
  4. I've owned quite a few sites over the past years and I currently run a general discussion forum. It's a fun little hobby that gives me something to do when I'm bored. Previously, I've had gaming forums and blogs, webmaster forums and blogs, and even a gaming social network.

A bit more of GTA Online on the PS5. The E&E edition didn't have a lot of improvements but I have to say that the 60FPS mode is very fun to use. The game looks good and feels amazing. I'm looking forward to going through the new content that I didn't pay attention to before as well.
  6. There are rumours that PlayStation will officially announce it this week so hopefully that is true. It will be interesting to see what they have come up with and whether it will actually be able to rival the Game Pass. I doubt it but at a cheaper price, it might be worth subscribing to for a few months every year.
  7. It's always good to get a longer campaign in most games since you can actually enjoy it for longer. But I'm not sure how fun a game with over 500 hours of content would be. As some users have already mentioned in the thread, chances are, there's going to be a lot of boring filler to make it that long.
  8. A permanent game mode without building as you mentioned in your previous post would be good. At least that would keep us satisfied and give everyone an option to choose what they like. It definitely makes the game feel faster since you don't waste time trying to get someone to come down from their huge tower.
  9. Honestly I got lucky with Amazon before the console came out. I think for some reason people just weren't looking at preorders as much before so it wasn't hard to get my hands on a preorder at 9am. The hype for the consoles arrived a bit later and once the console actually came out I think.
  10. Thank you. There seem to be a few people that think it might be a permanent change which I'm honestly hoping for. The building aspect was annoying me which is what stopped me from playing the game for a longer period.
  11. Yeah, it's better even if you do consider the price different. That's why I went for the disk drive version because I can then choose to buy games digitally or physically. It would be awful to be stuck to the PS Store prices especially for games that you're getting at launch which will be full price. You can always find physical copies for cheaper.
  12. I've been seeing some random social media posts, mainly on Reddit, that Epic Games is considering removing building from the game. Can anyone confirm if this is actually happening or is it just a temporary change to suit the current story line?
  13. Maybe I'll be able to post my own Discord bot here soon. I'm learning how to code my own and the plan is to make a sort of business management one like Taco Shack. It's more of a personal project/hobby rather than a serious one but it will be interesting to see if others will enjoy it.
  14. I had a few different ones but none that I took seriously. There was a brief period where I was interested in making some YouTube videos but it just never became a reality because I had no idea what to do or how to make videos that looked great.
  15. I don't have a lot of experience with them but one I did enjoy quite a bit was called Taco Shack. It allows your Discord server users to create their own taco shack, "work" in it and upgrade it to compete with others. Quite fun especially as it takes a while to learn all the commands.
  16. It was awful but it's the last thing I'm going to use on the PS4 so as Shagger mentions, it's not a deal-breaker for me. I have to say, whilst it wasn't great, it did make putting up some sports streams on the TV quite easy. That was until I got the Chromecast anyway.
  17. It depends a lot on the idea. For example, in the UK, a lot of own brand coke products just don't come close to Coca Cola or Pepsi. They taste disgusting and way too much like flavoured water basically. But the own brand chocolate from places like Lidl and Aldi are a lot better than Cadburys now. It's actually crazy to think that.
  18. The chance of getting snow which is unfortunately a bit rare now in London. I know it creates a lot of problems but I just love snow and how it makes the area look. Another great thing is that it means we're a bit closer to Christmas (end of year Winter obviously, ignoring Jan+).
  19. Yeah, I think most people would struggle to go back to the older consoles. We have a lot of love for some of the older games especially classics like GTA but when you actually get to playing them, the controls feel outdated and they just look way too pixelated.
  20. Probably. That's why I did mention that the trailer has managed to sway me a bit. I wouldn't pay the full price though so it may take a little while before I get my hands on it to try it out. It's a shame that it also doesn't have multiplayer, would have been fun to mess around with other players.
  21. Honestly, with the high end Android phones, I doubt you will notice any difference between Android and iOS when gaming. It's probably a completely different story when you consider the lower-end Android devices though. The one thing I can say though is that the Apple App Store is awful in terms of choices for gaming. The Google Play Store is way better
  22. Never played it on the PS1 although I will have to check out a video. I'm curious as to what it would have looked like especially on the PS1. But I have played Spider-Man: Remastered and Miles Morales on the PS5. Both were just amazing!
  23. I think it would, even temporarily. If you're solely gaming on console and you've become accustomed to a controller, chances are, it's going to take you a little while to get used to playing with a mouse and keyboard again.
  24. Technically the PlayStation 1 was my first console but I actually got it a long, long time after launch. There was a kids auction site where you could bid points for items and I won a PS1 that I enjoyed for a bit when I still had my Xbox 360. But in terms of a proper first PlayStation console, it was the PS4.
  25. I like Harry Potter but this game didn't grab my attention at all when it was first announced. I have to say, seeing this gameplay trailer might have swayed me. It looks a lot better than I thought it would be and I would be willing to try it out, probably not at launch though
