  1. I wouldn't avoid them, if I have a use for a particular weapon and it helps me in the game, then I'll use it. This is especially true for multiplayer games where you have meta weapons/items that perform better compared to other weapons and items. If something is meta, I'll use it so that I can be competitive.

    Last Game Played

A lot more GTA Online for me. I know a lot of people aren't happy with the E&E edition but it's actually quite fun to play GTA 5 in 60FPS. And the new content in the game is very fun especially some of the guest appearances from real life celebrities and artists like Dr Dre.
  3. On Xbox, since it's my secondary console, I don't care about achievements at all. That's especially true because of MS Rewards. They usually require you to earn achievements to get points so I'll randomly play some easy games to get 1-2 easy trophies through the Game Pass. On PlayStation, I care about them a lot more. I try to get all the trophies for the games that I play regularly.
  4. Looking forward to the long weekend and it's honestly come at the perfect time. Looking forward to spending time with the wider family on Easter Sunday as well as stuffing my face with a lot of chocolate. Anyone got any big plans for the weekend?
  5. I guess every new generation will be better than the last due to the upgrades they bring. But yeah, I can't wait to see what developers have in store for us now that they can take advantage of the PS5 and the Series X. Hopefully developers stop making games for the old generation consoles so that they don't hold back the games.
  6. Without playing it? No. I have given up on games very quickly though. Gran Turismo Sport was on discount a little while ago and I was bored so I got it. Did not like it. The cars felt like they were floating on top of the race track and I gave up on it after just a few minutes. Wasn't for me.
  7. It's not as popular, but there are a few near me. I'm a console gamer so it doesn't interest me but my younger sister likes to visit them from time to time to play some games. It's quite cheap and fun especially as the one she goes to has a cafe which means you can usually get the food/drinks you ordered sent to you.
  8. Since Rockstar has finally confirmed that they are actually working on GTA 6 now, I guess that is the next unreleased game that I am looking forward to. It will be a very long wait for it especially as we don't know anything about it, but I trust Rockstar to do a good job with it.
  9. I would have to go for GTA 4. I know it's not a proper "old" game but considering how long ago it was released, it surprisingly still holds up well in terms of the size of the world, the controls, and the graphics. And weirdly, Rockstar did a lot of good things with it that they didn't bother doing with GTA 5.
  10. That is a tough one. I love them both but if I had to, I would probably go for video games. I think you can usually keep yourself entertained for hours by just playing one game but with a movie, you're usually done with it when it's finished.
  11. I haven't played the first Witcher title but after watching the TV show on Netflix, I definitely want to give it a try at some point. Hopefully they can offer some sort of next-generation update for the game so that the experience is better for users playing the first game for the first time.
  12. Congratulations and enjoy it! Make sure to try out Astro's Playroom when you get the chance. I didn't think much of it as a free game but it was amazing to experience the DualSense properly by playing it. I think it's the only game at the moment that takes advantage of every single DualSense feature.
  13. It's great to see him playing again and it's actually wonderful to see that he's actually playing really well to. He has been great for Brentford so far which was quite unfortunate for Chelsea, the team that I support, since he helped the team beat us.
  14. The only PES title that I have tried was PES 12 (I think). It was on the Xbox 360 and I got it just to try it out. It was okay but PES has never been able to compete with FIFA unfortunately so that was the last time I ever tried it.
  15. I've jumped into Fortnite again after finding out about the no build modes. It's actually quite fun again. It still feels a bit weird because they've added so many things to the game that it's completely different to what I used to play. But there are some very cool things in the game now. Very fun without the building aspect as well.
  16. It's annoying but I think now is a fair time to start moving on to the new generation consoles. It's important to remember that the same thing happened to both the 360 and PS3 with other games. Eventually, games are not going to be released for them.
  17. I was going to say the same. My favourite skin is the black knight because it was released near the start of the game when the Battle Pass was just introduced to the game. Having that skin (which I do) means you're a Fortnite OG 😛

    Among Us on the PC

I haven't been able to try it on my laptop as yet. So far, I've played Among Us on my phone and on console. Console was by far the worst experience since it's extremely difficult to type quickly so I would imagine it's quite fun to play on PC where it's easy to use your mouse and keyboard
  19. I don't but that's because my TV has the entertainment apps installed on it already. So it's just easier for me to watch movies through the TV apps rather than using the apps through my consoles. I don't think I've ever watched a DVD using my PlayStation either. I haven't bought a DVD in a very, very long time!
  20. I think it's only Red Dead Redemption 2 that I have played recently where I have had to do this. San Andreas is another but I've never played that properly for hunger to actually become a problem for me.
  21. If video games were the biggest source of teenager anger, the world must have been a pretty peaceful place before games were invented. But it wasn't. I'm sure there are a few people out there that have been encouraged by games to be more violent but those people probably would have already had those thoughts. I don't think it's fair to blame video games on their actions.
  22. That's exactly why I'm hoping that Microsoft or Sony go down the portable console route in the future. Would love for Sony to create a modern PSP or PS Vita that they actually support and develop properly. Always found it weird that GTA titles weren't available on Nintendo devices but I guess they want to stay away from the "controversy".
  23. Yeah, it wouldn't be as bad if there were some unique and interesting ads from time to time when I'm forced to watch them. But it really is just the same ads over and over again which gets very tiring and annoying.
  24. I went for the Switch. I already had a PS4 but I recently sold it since I have a PS5 and there was no need for it. There's no reason for me to downgrade to the Xbox One either so the only logical option was the Switch. It would be fun to have a handheld console as well.
  25. It depends a bit on the game, to be honest. For example, with Rockstar games like GTA and Red Dead Redemption, I like to explore the whole world as quickly as possible so the moment they give me some freedom, I try to go through the whole map. But with Horizon Zero Dawn, I've just been following the story and sticking to the area it wants me to stay in.
