Heatman Posted September 11, 2021 Posted September 11, 2021 Gaming addiction is something that a lot of people fear to fall into because it gets nasty when it starts to mess up one's life generally. You hardly hear people say they are addicted to games but truly, there are so many gamers suffering from addiction. Clarine Bryson 1
The Blackangel Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 I wouldn't say that I'm addicted to any one specific game in particular, or even gaming for that matter. But since I have nothing but empty time, I play all day long, often just to fill that time. So any time you see me there is a video game running nearby.
killamch89 Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 I don't have any addictions to games per say but I always liked playing Skyrim because of the endless possibilities you can create with modding.
Family sedan Posted September 13, 2021 Posted September 13, 2021 I was pretty addicted to gaming in my early 20's, but not so much now. I didn't get therapy, but I was just tired of how my parents were looking at me.

Most parents wouldn't understand gaming as it still has a stigma of being unproductive. Family sedan 1
Family sedan Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 I still sometimes wonder what my life would have been like if I hadn't played video games ever and had just read, drew, built model cars and faced my friends in backyard sports as a kid. Would it have been like the childhood of Kevin Arnold from The Wonder Years? I don't know.
skyfire Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 Mobile Legends and League of Legends. I play them on different platforms and I love wasting time on them. Heatman 1

There are games that I'm with like that.
Head_Hunter Posted September 23, 2021 Posted September 23, 2021 I've played lots of games in my time, both the ones I bought on my own and the one I collected from friends to play. But the most tremendous amongst them are; FIFA soccer series, GTA San Andreas MK God Hand etc.
Sharon Posted September 23, 2021 Posted September 23, 2021 I used to be obsessed with Animal Crossing myself.

I never witnessed the whole season of San Andreas before. I never played snowrunner before. Can you share snowrunner's trailer here?
Empire Posted September 23, 2021 Posted September 23, 2021 If i remember correctly, unless it is a chemical addiction, usually addiction is defined to be “addiction to the point where it affects normal life”. So yeah, for psychological addictions, as long as it don’t affect your life to the point you have problems in your life, and can’t go on, then it’s not an addiction. Me, in away MSFS2020 or anything related to flight sims.
Head_Hunter Posted September 23, 2021 Posted September 23, 2021 I can't give my all attention to a game, in order not to affect my psychologically reasoning. I love games be it soccer, action, adventure, horror, real world etc, I do enjoy but I don't get too addicted to them.
