I would love to advise you whenever you want on it. I love that game and have played hundreds of playthroughs. I’ve logged thousands of hours on this game, done every side quest, and know virtually everything about it.

Homophobic much?

Something I put together on a dare, that surprisingly was actually good, was a whiskey float. Vanilla ice cream in a glass of whiskey. It sounds gross, but it’s really good. But then again, this is coming from the girl that ate a sponge thinking it was a hot pocket when she was drunk.

Burnout happens increasingly frequently for me these days. As I have said, I have nothing but empty time, and have to find something to occupy it. Hell I probably check this forum 15-20 times per day. Nothing to do, so why the hell not? Trying to occupy my mind when I’m burned out, is next to impossible. When you get to the point that you start counting the scales on your dragons, you know the burnout is bad.

What game will you be playing this year
The Blackangel replied to Peterlight's topic in Forum Games & Fun
I'm going to get more into FutureGrind. It's tricky, but fucking amazing. -
With a very rare exception, I don't play a game if there's no nostalgia attached to it. What's wrong with that? I'm a classic gamer, and these flashback/classic/mini abominations make me want to puke. This girl needs her authentic classic systems. If it doesn't have to have brain surgery on it with a butter knife, or pliers to pull the god damn cartridge out, it's not a fucking Nintendo! The same applies to all flashback shit. If it doesn't open somewhere to insert a cartridge or disc, it's not a fucking Nintendo/PlayStation/Sega/Atari and all the hundreds more that have been disgraced by this shit.

switch.io has put out a lot of great games, and I play the hell out of the ones I've got. The best thing is that their games rarely cost more than a dollar. If Nintendo enforces this, then the eShop is going to be hit hard and come close to crashing. A lot of developers will be forced to go elsewhere, and Nintendo will lose millions, and possibly even billions if they get really snippety with it.

No. GameCube is not retro. If it uses a CD it is in no way retro. A retro system uses cartridges. An exception would be something like the Sega CD, or another disc system that came out pre-2000. Meaning if it is a 6th gen or newer, it's not in any way retro. Wikipedia Generation List

I have a 75" TV and game on it, and I can tell you that it's well worth the money. But I do feel like an ass. I got mine a couple years ago at Walmart for $2000. Now they're selling literally the exact same TV for $600. I got ripped off, but there's nothing I can do about it. I might get another one when I have the money, but I don't know where I would put it. A couple days ago I bought a 55" for $150 at Walmart, so at least I finally got a good deal on a TV.

I tend to take everything. In RDR2, if I kill someone, I loot their body for whatever they have that I can take. It's an easy way to make money, but it also lowers your honor rating. If you have a high honor rating, then the shops in the game all give you big discounts on everything. So I tend to try to keep it as high a I possibly can. But if I'm hunting, then no matter the quality of the hide, I keep it. If it's one I can just lay over on my horse. If it's a big one that I have rolled up and tied then I can only carry one of them at a time, but I can still stow small hides like wolf, deer, and pronghorn on it no problem.

Mike Tyson wants to make a new Punch out, will Nintendo do it?

Banjo Kazooie was a childrens game. It was popular with adults too, but was specifically aimed at the child demographic. A few others were some of the most classic games like Frogger, Q*Bert, DigDug, Donkey Kong, and Pac-Man. Hell, Conker's Bad Fur Day started out as a children's game until the developers got bored and started getting perverted with it as a joke. But then they kept with that idea and direction, and now we have the masterpiece and King of video game perversion that it is.

Mike Tyson wants to make a new Punch out, will Nintendo do it?
The Blackangel replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming News
It'll never happen. After the rape allegations, Nintendo quickly released Punch Out!! with Tyson removed and the character Mr. Dream in his place. The difficulty was the same, and the characters looked really similar, but at the time it had to be done due to the seriousness of the claims by the women he attacked. Now, after biting chunks of ears off, and head butting boxers in the ring among other shit moves, Nintendo will never work with him to make a video game with his likeness again. They don't have a lot of integrity, but they do have that much at least. A boxing game with another legend would be awesome. Foreman, Mayweather, Ali, etc. -
I have to ask, what enemy knocks you across the screen? The only one I can think of is Moldorm in the Tower Of Hera. But that's a boss fight. As for difficulty, some games are specifically designed to push a player to their limits. And some are designed to be at a difficulty level that isn't a challenge, but instead flat out cruel. For that I'm talking about a ROM-hack. It's one of the Zelda games on SNES. Goddess Of Wisdom is so far beyond hard, I can only get on it once or twice a year at most, because it's vomit inducing. I fully believe that the guys that created it never intended for it to be beaten. It's that damn hard. I haven't tried Parallel Worlds or Ancient Stone Tablets yet, and from what I read, Parallel Worlds is the hardest of all three. One game that made me rage quit so much that I refuse to play it anymore is DKC on SNES. I have actually beaten the first two, but never even played the third despite having it in my library. And I have no intention of playing any of them ever again, simply because of how pissed off I get. So I avoid games that I know are going to piss me off, and stick to others that are either new and a learning experience, or the ones that I know and have always enjoyed playing. I mean how many people know about the secret room by the castle in Zelda A Link To The Past?

A lot of people think that Micah is a "double agent" if you will, for the Pinkertons, and that he is feeding information back to them. I don't know if I believe that, but I wouldn't put it past him, considering what a piece of shit he is. Also this is probably just my perception, but I think MaryBeth is in love with Arthur. I can't argue with that. He's hot. So to MaryBeth: Girl step aside. This bitch wants him all to herself!

They weren't on sale. I specifically look for the free or cheap games. Things under $9.99 is the thresh hold I look in.

Rose Red is just a movie. It has the same basic theme as the game. I have loved the movie for years, and now that there's a video game that is so similar, I had to have it.

RDR2--- I loved the game. Initially I wasn't interested because I had never been into westerns. I think Custer's Revenge may have played a part in that. But I watched my girl play and the game looked better and better. So I got to playing. I found a sense of family I had never had while growing up. I hated Micah, but still cared about him for the most part. He was a worthless piece of shit that got the majority of his entertainment from antagonizing Arthur. For those who don't know, Arthur is the character you play as. I didn't like how the game turned out, but the writers did a hell of a job. Goblin Sword--- This was a decent game. It's a side scroller, and graphically like something you would see on Sega Genesis. It's really simple. The only problem is that you have the same objective in every level. Two treasure chests and three specific gems. There are two bosses in every stage. In the chests you can find swords, relics, armors, and some other decoration for the house you start out from. The swords have different abilities and strengths. The relics give you different abilities. The armors do nothing. They're cosmetic. Which is bullshit to me. The game is so simple, it's almost hard to enjoy. I played it through all the stages, and collected every item. But then it just stops. It doesn't have an ending, it just stops. Not worth the money now that I have played it.

Who here clocks more video game hours than you ever expected?
The Blackangel replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
@Patrik You're good. If the tables were turned, I would assume the same thing. -
You have gamers block, and I have burnout from Hell. I don't want to play anything. It sucks, but I get like this more often than I would like.

Ave To somewhat quote @Shagger, anyone who is into FF8 is a friend to me. I'm a FF8 nut and have been playing it for over 20 years. I know what spells to junction to make my characters virtually invincible. That usually doesn't come until the disc 3 era though. I've played it so many times that now I find disc 4 extremely boring. But if you ever have any questions I can help out. How far into it are you? What GF's do you have?

I bought two games yesterday. One was 20 cents, and the other was 60 cents. So they're not enforcing this rule very hard.
