The world is seriously fucked up right now. People have been getting murdered around here with alarming frequency. Last week I believe 4 people were killed in 3 separate incidents, in 3 separate towns. I've been arming up. I have 2 extra guns on layaway, and I'm looking to get an AR15 as well. I have a gun within arms reach at all times, but that's nothing new, as I'm extremely paranoid. I don't even go to the bathroom unarmed.

I'm an introvert, and prefer being alone, but I still need to get out of the house once in a while to kill the cabin fever. There are a couple small shops here that I love to frequent, but with the pandemic, I haven't been to but one of them all year. And that was only one time.

There's some that I believe as well. That doesn't make me a narcissist. Actually YOU @Jayson are the one coming off narcissistic. Telling those of us that we are dumb for believing certain things. You need to get off your pedestal, and realize that some of us are actually smart, and quite often even MORE educated on the subject in question than others. Including nonbelievers.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Nothing compares to the NES.

Craigslist. I got a brand new Switch Lite there for $170. You can find some really good deals on there. But there are also some lunatics there that think the system they're trying to sell is made of gold. I've had a lot of success shopping there. I don't know where you're from, but you could also try GameStop. They almost always have Switch's here. There's a store in the mall here called Vintage Stock. I don't know how wide spread they are, but they usually have them too. Also there's a local store here called Slackers. They have a website they sell a lot of their stuff on as well. You can try them. But due to the pandemic, I don't know what they will have. And often their prices are pure extortion.

Only 10? I've played it hundreds of times. The sad thing is there's still one part that I need a guide for. The Water Temple. I'm so hopelessly horrible at that temple, that I just can't get through it without a guide. And believe me, I've tried countless times. Everything else, no guide needed. As for DKC, I HATE that series. It goes above and beyond pissing me off to the point that I've broken a lot of systems, controllers, and cartridges. I got so pissed off once when I was a kid that I threw the whole thing in the yard, grabbed my shotgun, and unloaded into it. I felt better in the moment, but I still had to buy a new system. As you can probably see, I have a bit of a rage problem.

I've only played AC3 so far, despite having the first 3, but I've been loving it. I haven't played it in a while, so I'm gonna have to see where I'm at, but I think it's a great game.

I like getting news here, because what people post is what I consider the most pressing/important stuff. There is tons of "news" out there, but a lot of it's bunk. So I prefer to get it straight from gamers themselves. If they decide it's important enough to post on a gaming forum, then it's important enough for me to read.

I have to ask this. What, actually IS Linux? I get that it's a computer system(?) but I'm not getting much more than that. Also what really is cloud gaming? Is that like playing online, and storing games online? Like a Steam thing? A little education and cure for my ignorance please.

It's interesting, if not a little monotonous. But I can't say I even knew it existed. Probably because I didn't play PC games back then. Mostly because I couldn't afford a PC in the 90's.

I doubt they will stop. As long as people keep buying, they will keep making.

I hated Halo then, and I hate it now. It’s one game that helped me hate Xbox.

I’ll agree with that. I never liked Xbox myself. But some games are Xbox exclusives. So sometimes you don’t have a choice.

I have a Game Gear here, and have spent the last 5 years trying to figure out how the hell I ended up with it.

I guess that means that I’m fucking stupid. I play almost all the systems I own, and have posted my current library more than once, but none of it is PC games. Thank you, for letting me know that I’m a moron. Asshole

We have all the current systems. We each have our own Xbox One, and Switch. Mine is the Switch Lite, hers is the regular one. We also have PS4, but I never have the opportunity to get on the damn thing because she’s always on it.😢

I never collected controllers, but I do repair them a lot. I did have one fairly unique controller for my SNES. This is a stock photo, but it’s the exact controller I had.

Some of the most popular puzzle games that I remember was the Myst series. Riven was impossible for me. I ended up giving up because I had o clue what I was supposed to be doing in it. I just couldn’t figure that one out.

I was hoping like hell that St. Louis would lose last year. I was flat out pissed when they took the cup. My Red Wings last took it in 2008, so we’re overdue for another.

I've dreamed of owning a game or two. Like if I could afford it and found the owner willing to sell, I would get my hands on the gold tournament cartridge from the NES tournament they held way back when. But I don't have money to burn in that range, so unless I suddenly become a billionaire, it's never going to happen.

Well now that I think of it, I have some that are possibly rare. I honestly don't know since they're ROM-hacks.And to be honest with you, as far as this one is concerned, I will not be opening it up. It's collectible (obviously) and I can't get another one as far as I know. And since I have the games anyway that I can play, there's no reason to open it. For those wondering, the B.S. on the middle one does NOT stand for bullshit, although that would be appropriate. It stands for Broadcast Satellaview. It was a broadcast tournament in Japan several years ago. Players had to log on for an hour at a specific time of the day, like 7:00 for example. It was based on a points system at the time if I remember correctly.

Rare, no. The only unopened game I can think of that I have is Life Is Strange: Before The Storm at the moment. That's only because I'm still playing the first LIS, so I haven't seen a reason to open it as of yet. I know I have others, but I can't think of what they are.
