StaceyPowers Posted May 6, 2021 Posted May 6, 2021 Are there games you always play on easy/casual? For me, this is Dragon Age, because the difficulty jump at ‘normal” seems absurd to me, and more like “hard’ on other games.
Patrik Posted May 6, 2021 Posted May 6, 2021 Battlefield Bad Company 2 here! the game is still hardcore even on the easiest level lol, although, i completed it twice but i still have to die atleast twice or so in a mission
killamch89 Posted May 6, 2021 Posted May 6, 2021 None - I always play games on the most difficult level because I like the challenge and in order for me to get better, I need to push myself constantly.
The Burnout Kid Posted May 7, 2021 Posted May 7, 2021 All of them. I don't really like challenge when it comes to games...well most of the time.

The outcome of encounters are so random in it, that it happened to me many times that retrying the same encounter using the same strategy resulted in completely acing it one time, with no casualties then total annihilation on the next try. Too much is dependent on luck and not enough on skill. Edited May 7, 2021 by m76
m76 Posted May 7, 2021 Posted May 7, 2021 I play immersive sims on the hardest difficulty, action games on normal, and everything on a console on casual because I hate controllers.
Crazycrab Posted May 7, 2021 Posted May 7, 2021 I don't tend to play anything on easy unless there are some specific unlocks or Easter eggs or something. I always start my experience on normal then move onto hard if I'm finding it a bit to easy.
Empire Posted May 7, 2021 Posted May 7, 2021 I think a big problem is that 'easy' and 'hard' mean nothing when you haven't played the game yet, so how can you choose? Also, I like hard games but I hate artificial difficulty, so if I pick hard, does that just mean all the enemies are gonna be bulletsponges or theres gonna be twice as many, or are they gonna have smarter AI? Comes to games that you play, But what most do and what I do if there is an story to the game is to play easy then after you completed it then hard.
lludawg Posted May 16, 2021 Posted May 16, 2021 I enjoy playing NHL on easy mode because I like seeing how many points I can score over the opposing team. Feels great when you win a hockey game 20-0 😝. Also, playing on hard mode makes it almost impossible for me to win haha... losing is never fun xD Family sedan 1

I haven't really played any game in easy mode because I believe that it's going to be too easy which makes it boring for me.
