StaceyPowers Posted February 23, 2022 Posted February 23, 2022 Do you play online games to keep up with old friends? I just started playing Minecraft with my high school BFF who lives across the country from me. It’s been a great way to hang out again virtually. Head_Hunter and Withywarlock 2
Head_Hunter Posted February 23, 2022 Posted February 23, 2022 It's a great way indeed Stacey, unfortunately for me, my friends aren't Minecraft favorite. I am a Minecraft lover, I love playing around the game when I feel good going into online games. StaceyPowers 1
Kane99 Posted February 23, 2022 Posted February 23, 2022 Sometimes sure. I haven't played too many games with close friends in a while. Most of my friends are working jobs that stop us from gaming together. I work nights mostly, so I tend to game with my work friends these days.
Syntax Posted March 6, 2022 Posted March 6, 2022 It depends, but yes I do play some old games for friends that still play it as well.
Justin11 Posted March 7, 2022 Posted March 7, 2022 My friends aren't such kind of online type when I had them much. We do play some offline exhibition or competition games.

I have made a couple of good friends from playing Top Eleven Football Manager over the years. Good friends that have my back always.
egghead Posted April 1, 2022 Posted April 1, 2022 I play online games but I don't play online games to connect with old friends. I use social sites to connect with friends.
Withywarlock Posted April 1, 2022 Posted April 1, 2022 Very rarely. I either play to keep up with current ones outside of D&D, or to keep up with friends I met in said online games. I'm only as sociable as I need to be for that particular game though, as I don't have the energy for it.
Justin11 Posted April 1, 2022 Posted April 1, 2022 The only friends I keep up with via MMO games, are those ones I met online too, I try to keep them engaging by staging online exhibition contests, and such is a positive one Indeed.
Head_Hunter Posted April 2, 2022 Posted April 2, 2022 Majority of my friends don't play online games, only few of them, and those ones that loves playing online games aren't okay with my favourite game 'FIFA. So, their is no one I can share that fun time much with them playing MMO games.
Justin11 Posted April 10, 2022 Posted April 10, 2022 I decided to go online via motor GP 21, to test my experience with real world gamers, such gave me the feeling of knowing that, I need to improve more to compete favourably with those pro gamers I encountered with online. They gave me real boost, I love several racing contests with them, came out on top too in some contest I competed with others. In total, i played 20 exhibition racing matches, lost 15 times, and winning just 5.
Empire Posted April 10, 2022 Posted April 10, 2022 Old and new freinds in terms of online gaming, then again I have online friends that I meet 10 years ago that we ahve not talk and not speak in years. Shame. No idea why we do not talk much anymore, htere are two people regards to that. I do not send PMS to them and they do not return. End of the day, group of people that I know them for 5 years are still together and gaming.
Justin11 Posted April 11, 2022 Posted April 11, 2022 I never really made friends playing online game, because I never really played much, now I got my long awaited PS4, I'll try stay active via MMO games to make some friends.
Patrik Posted April 11, 2022 Posted April 11, 2022 i actually do that currently with san andreas multiplayer just for the sake of nostalgia of the online friends!
Heatman Posted April 11, 2022 Posted April 11, 2022 As long as it's something that's possible for me to connect with good friends that I play online with whom are not toxic people, I will always take that chance.
