Depending on the distance, I take a coach once in a while in RDR2. But that's usually if I'm wanting to go a huge way like from St. Denis to Strawberry or something. Otherwise I like to ride the countryside. But I also have the white Arabian, so I have the best horse in the game. She's completely brain dead, but otherwise amazing. Some of the horses in this game are so damn dumb that at times it almost makes you want to try to tame an frickin' alligator to ride instead.

FF8. I have it running right now on my Switch, just to farm items like ribbons and friendships. I'm still hoping to get a mogs amulet one of these days, as that's the only item I have never gotten in the game. Until the remaster was released I had never gotten a friendship or ribbon. I was going nuts trying to figure out what a ribbon did, because nowhere online or in any guide that I could find did it say what they did. It was always just "GF Learns Ribbon Ability". Yeah that tells me a lot. I even went so far as to buy a couple Pocket Stations so that I could get them, because as far as the discs on the PS1 go, that's literally the only way to get them. It took forever to get the things since they were only released in Japan. But about 6 months later the remaster hit the market, and everything was obtainable now. YOU DIRTY BAST.....ions of bureaucracy.😁 🖕

Considering that I have several hundred games, I take forever to pick. First off I have to pick which system I want to play, which in itself is an ordeal. Then I have to go over my list, which is an even harder choice. What genre do I want to play? I have no idea half the time, and I'm so indecisive that sometimes I just go watch TV or read a book. It looks weird as hell, but at the same time, fun as hell. I'll definitely be getting this one.

NOTE: Monopoly is not an option for this question. What is you number one board game on both ends of the spectrum? My absolute favorite board game if all time is Dragon Strike. I love running it as Teraptus. But if I’m not running it, then I have to play a thief. But the game I stay as far away from as I can get, is Risk. I’m not a good sport with that one. I don’t know why, but that game brings out the absolute worst in me as far as games are. So for that reason alone, I refuse to play it.

If you played any if these 3 which was your game? I was a MTG player. I played every Friday night, and in my first local tournament I won sportsmanship. I got my ass slaughtered quick as hell, and thought it was hilarious. I haven’t played in almost 20 years, but I still have the FNM hologram card I won that night. I was best with a blue/white deck. I played through all 5 elements and several mixed decks before I found my niche. So what was/is your game?

True but conventional wisdom, would tell me that the one and only person that one cares about would be a reality shattering event when that person dies. I've actually never cried at a funeral. When my sperm donor (AKA father} died, I was actually happy about it. I was even the one that found his body the day he died. It meant no more being beaten daily. No more being called a pussy. No more having to sleep with a loaded rifle in my hands. I was finally free. That was 20 years ago. The last time I went to the cemetery was to visit my grandmothers grave, which is unfortunately very close to his. I unloaded my .38 at his grave. If I ever go back to visit her grave, I'll do the same thing to his again. Only with a stronger pistol. As for my egg donor (AKA mother) I don't know if she is still alive or not. And frankly, I don't give the slightest bit of a shit. If she is, and I ever find out where she's buried, I'll go just to piss on her grave.

There was one issue with movie games that was a fatal flaw to most back in the early days. They were almost exclusively made by LJN. For that reason alone, most people wouldn’t give them a chance. Personally I have several LJN games that I enjoy the hell out of. 2 that are movie games. Friday The 13th (NES) and Warlock (SNES). Both are loads of fun in my opinion. But seeing that LJN rainbow was enough to run most gamers off. Hence the games didn’t do well, whether the game was actually any good or not. The fault can’t be laid on LJN entirely. I’m not saying that it could or should be. But their reputation (deserved or not) was enough to make the games they made bomb. Comic-to-game titles almost always seem to do well, regardless of who the publisher is. But movie-to-game titles don’t have the same luck.

In 38 years of being in this existence, this is the first time I’ve ever felt anything. The only person in my entire life that ever cared about me was my grandmother, and when she died I never shed a single tear. I still haven’t. Yet, I cried over a fucking video game. Sociopathy is a strange thing sometimes.

GameStop stickers come off extremely easily. I’ve never had an issue with taking them off. But for me I absolutely can’t stand stickers. It’s an OCD thing. I hate labels on bottles, jars, soup cans, and everything else that can be removed.

It was hilarious. Adolf made a complete ass of himself as always, but went further than expected. Everyone was commenting on it. The interviews after the debate were even talking about how it was a "disgusting display of childish behavior on the part of tRump". He literally wouldn't shut his mouth for more than 4-5 seconds before he interrupted Hero Joe and the moderator both. The moderator was getting mad, and Hero Joe at one point said exactly "Will you shut up, man" which I intend to get tattooed on me. Adolf is terrified because he knows he has failed and is going to be leaving the White House in November, and he can't handle it. Hero Joe wasn't able to answer any of the questions in his allotted 2 minutes because Adolf wouldn't shut up and let him. Yet Hero Joe remained quiet during Adolf's 2 minutes. Adolf went for personal attacks, yet Hero Joe remained professional and stayed on topic with the issues that were supposed to be addressed during the debate. When he was able to get a word or two in that is, since Adolf wasn't willing to let him. And both sides agreed to the rules of the debate beforehand, yet Adolf stuck to none, and broke all.

What the hell does that mean? The only way I can think of that they could be related is like a brick of blow or junk to a bottle of whiskey.

I have gotten so tired of being forced to play a male character. I would like to remain female if possible. The sad part is that it's not often an option. The only games I can think of are TLOU and Tomb Raider. There are games where you can customize your character to the point where you can decide her cup size, but they are few and far between. Then there's fighting games that initially only offered ONE female character. It's bullshit. Give us more women please.

The best way to preserve a game is to buy the damn cartridge, and the system for it. The pins can get scratched up fairly bad, but a little work, and the games typically play like new.

Ok, I have to disagree there. If the majority wasn't stupid, I highly doubt we would even be having this conversation. There would be no need to even think about a possible correlation, let alone discuss it.

RDR2 has the best weather changes and realism in any game I've ever played. They spared no detail whatsoever with that. They had to have meteorologists working on the game with them for it. They completely knocked it out of the park. And adding the low visibility in the swamps from swamp gas and fog, was the icing on the cake. They cut no corners anywhere with the weather aspect of the game.

Goblin Sword is one for me. It didn't end, it just stopped. I cleared every area, collected every armor, relic, and collectible, and it stopped. There was no climactic end to the game. Just a stop. It was fun as hell up until that point. I beat every boss in the game, and it just stopped. It feels like the developers lost interest when they were making the game, and just said "fuck it, we're done". I haven't played it in forever.

Yes there was something in RDR2 that broke my heart. I'm not going to say what, as I hate spoilers just as much as everyone else here. But suffice it to say, it was completely devastating. Maybe the fact that everyone in the game felt like actual family for me played a part. I know when I finished the game I felt like I had lost the only family I had ever known, and like I had lost someone I loved. So maybe I was too emotionally invested in the game.
