  1. Have you seen the size of some of those poops that people take in public bathrooms though? Like there was once instance when I was teen that I wanted to use one of the toilets and there was this shit the size of a log in the toilet. I kid you not I tried to flush it but it ended up blocking up the toilet and was starting to overflow so I quickly evacuated the premises.

  2. I don't want to wear glasses to watch a movie. And If I already wore glasses for my vision, I sure as hell wouldn't want to add another pair on top of those. I can think of exactly one move in my entire life that truly benefited from 3D, and that's Gravity. Most movies just don't need 3D, so it's not worth the hassle as a viewer. I think if 3D movies make any kind of comeback, it'll be in VR.

  3. 3D seems like a dying thing, at least when it comes to using 3D glasses, 3D TVs and so on. I know the generation with Xbox 360, and PS3 had some games that were 3D TV enabled, as in they would work in 3D if you had an actual 3D TV. These days though, 3D TVs have kinda died out. It seems that 3D makes a comeback like every 10 years and then disappears again. Do you think 3D TVs and 3D games will make a comeback?

  4. I had the original fat PS1 as a kid, but always wanted the slim PS1 and the little screen that you could get with it. I always thought it was so cool and always bugged my dad to get me one, but he always said no because we already had the fat PS1 lol. One of these days I'll have to find a used one, but I mainly want the screen to go with it too. Just want it for my collection at this point. How were the screens for the PS One's?

  5. I do my research before investing in anything Crypto but as a general rule for me, anything that sounds too good to be true, I just don't fool around with it. I nearly invested in things like the Anchor protocol and Celsius but I decided against it and both have gone bust this year with people losing millions of dollars. I'm curious as to why the creator of such scam tokens aren't facing fraud charges.

  6. I'd definitely go back to reading books and graphic novels. It's strange to think about life w/o video games now. it's who I am and what I like. Maybe look for some new shows to watch. I just don't feel that much into cable tv anymore. I don't spend as much time trying to win bids collecting anymore, so w/o games I'd probably do a head dive into ebay.

  7. I don't need friends at the moment that can transform my life or add value at least. I have one good friend, but he's far away from me, we are just keeping distance relationship. My cousin brother who stays with me is my best friend at the moment.

  8. That would be a no brainer for me and it's hiking and preferable in the middle of nowhere because it's the most relaxing experience you can have after a stressfull day or week at work all the negative thoughts and stress are gone by the time you're done hiking, wheter going alone or with friends it doesen't really matter it's the next best hobby to have besides gaming well in my oppinion that is.

  9. That's true , I got this lady who supplies me home made liquid soap at my apartment and it's really good and has a really nice fragrance better than some branded products I know. I am always buying from her instead of going to the stores, her products are good and I want to support her and see her grow as well.

Thanks for giving me a headache. Just what I needed this morning. But I get it, sometimes it's better to be direct, sometimes it better to be subtle/less confrontational.

Public toilets. There is never a good enough excuse to charge anyone to answer nature's call.

    COPS Tv show

Not sure if it's still on TV - I always remembered the theme song because it's an old Jamaican song that I grew up listening to because my mother liked it.

  14. In a MMORPG called Age Of Wushu, I was just joining clans and being a troll by start fights with other powerful clans and one of the other clans showed up to wipe out the clan I was in. I ducked into a nearby store and it just so happened that my clothing matched the shelves of the store. The enemy players checked the store and didn't see me even when they were right beside me.

  16. If you're talking true friends, I'd say about 20 which include my friends from prep school days and who I grew up with. In terms of acquaintances - I have plenty of those.

  17. Seriously, it sucks when the experience you are supposed to get from playing a game is ruined by the actions of hackers and cheats in the game. You simply just wasted your money on a have you can't play fair in and enjoy.

  19. What I love about Atari is how ambitious they were, but usually more so than they really were capable. When you actually look into it, it's amazing how many things they did before anyone else, but so often ended up a failed and/or flawed experiment. Here are just some of the things Atari did first, often years before anyone else. The pause button Analogue stick control 4 controller ports on a console An integrated colour display on a handheld Wireless controllers 64 bit Backwards compatibility Interchangeable games (OK, they were not the first to do this, but they made idea popular and made it stick.) 3rd party and open source game development Like I said, a lot of their experiments failed, but you have got to love them for trying. So thank you, Atari. It's impossible to imagine what our world would be like without you.

  20. One of my friend's back then made a good business out of selling the cheat codes he got from internet especially to some kids that had no access of getting them. I always got my cut from him because he was my best friend. I call him the Nerd 🤓.

  21. Yeah the early 2000s were a good time for gaming, especially 2003-2004 and 2005. Those years brought a ton of great games. 2005 for example brought us RE4. We also got Guitar Hero for the first time, and we all know how that turned out. If anything, I'd say 2001-2010 were some of the best years in gaming.

Hello everyone! Just joined this place and having a look around. It is sooooooo hot where I live. It's been over 100 degrees everyday for like a week. I know we go through this every year but I still can't get used to it.

  26. None of this PC bullshit. People could say what's on their minds, and everyone was fine with it whether they agreed or not. Now if you say "Boo" at someone you're looking at trouble for threatening someone. Like WHAT THE ABSOLUTE FUCK???? Are you that much of a pussy that you can't handle someone speaking? And don't get me started on the whole "Speak English" bullshit that keeps going on. I'm in the process of learning a few languages just to piss these people off. Among other reasons.

  27. Couldn't agree more. Goldeneye is without doubt a beloved classic, but it's probably aged about as badly as any game I know with the single analogue stick control and enemy AI that's as dumb as a felled tree. You needed look as far forward as a modern day Battlefield of Call of Duty to see how far the FPS has come since then even Perfect Dark on the same console feels way further ahead. Still, nostalgia is what it is and it hasn't stopped this from happening. This is a game showcased at the PC Gaming Show this year. I mean, I loved Goldeneye as a kid, but come on, guys! You didn't have copy everything right up to it's outdated looks, the AI and give all the guns the same beyond basic reload animation like Goldeneye had. I will admit I like the idea of the function that I assume you use to create your own multiplayer maps, that is cool.

  28. The ProController for Atari Jaguar is by far the least and wired controllers they made I used. By adding number pad in the controller, it made Atari's Jaguar controller too big and to make matters worst, the number pad was hardly used for any game playing.

  31. 1) All aspects of gaming are in discussion here, which means that there is no shortage of knowledge. 2) The forum is well organized, and easy to search. 3) It's a very laid back atmosphere. You can poke fun at each other and no one takes it to heart. 4) It's a very welcoming place unlike many other forums. 5) Unlike other forums, the owner offers auctions to win prizes.

  32. We just got some interesting information about the Horizon Netflix Series. It actually going to be set in 2047 hence it's title, Horizon 2047. https://comicbook.com/gaming/amp/news/horizon-zero-dawn-netflix-tv-series-report/ This is interesting because not only does it mean that it's it set about 1000 years before the events of Horizon Zero Dawn, but looking at the timeline, It's about 17 years before the Faro Plague, Operation Enduring Victory and the Zero Dawn Project. 2047 is just before Elisabet Sobeck leaves Faro Automated Systems after their switch from Green Robotics to Military Systems, so my guess is the show's focus is starting from there then moving through to the events of Faro Plague? There doesn't seem to be much happening at the point that's directly relevant to the events of the games.
